If you have tried changing out the charging cable, the wall outlet and possibly using a different charger to test and it still happens, be sure to take video of the situation and send a link along with how old he is by either order number or his four digit alphanumeric identification shown on the app when you connect him.

Sorry to hear this is happening. I had it happen to me over two years ago. They will be able to advise you best on what to do.
