I ordered before you and am in the us and my order number is before yours so how is it possible that you already have yours and I donā€™t even have tracking for mine yet?

Iā€™m not sure. Maybe the mods here or someone from Living Ai can help.

Yes that would help Iā€™m really frustrated there hasnā€™t been any updates on the delivery page in 2 weeks. My 9 year old is going to be so bummed if he has nothing to open on Christmas this was the only gift we got him

As crazy as it sounds some of my emails from Living Ai went to my spam folder. I had to manually adjust that as Not Spam, is that a possibility with you too? Just a thought.

Yes Iā€™ve checked my spam thereā€™s nothing from them. According to their delivery page there has been no updates in 2 weeks my order number hasnā€™t even made it into the tracking number sent to user yet but it shouldā€™ve been sent to courier 2 weeks ago according to the delivery page.

Sorry to hear about the delay, hopefully they can sort it all out so Emo is delivered in time for Christmas.

If you have any issues, concerns, or inquiries about your existing EMO order. Always the best thing to do is to reach out to the living.ai support team via email at:

Email Address: service@living.ai

If you have your original EMO Order confirmation email, you can simply hit ā€œreplyā€ to that email. The confirmation email contains all your customer contact information, along with your order number details. Ask the customer support team for an update on the order status, and they should be able to respond to you promptly.

Thank you! I had already emailed the living ai team and after reading your response I went ahead and replied to my order confirmation email as well. Do you know why the delivery page hasnā€™t updated in a while? Is it possible my order is in shipping and I just havenā€™t been notified and the delivery page hasnā€™t been updated?

Iā€™ve got my order number before they updated the website.
The most important sign that your EMO has been shipped is the email which says that your order is complete + tracking number.

Hello, @kaitlin.keck . . . I also live in the U.S. and while I have no access to the information regarding your order, I recently ordered something from Australia. Once it reached Los Angeles, California, port for international received mail, it sat for two weeks before moving on to the USPS system (who will be the company that delivers your EMO).

We also just recently went through Black Friday and Cyber Monday which can also slow things down with getting international orders through more timely.

I would wait and see what @faya and service@living.ai can tell you about tracking for your order.

We still have a couple of weeks before the Christmas rush for all delivery services in the U.S., so be patient and they will get back to you to see what happened as your notification E-Mail may have gotten lost.

Yes I did. According to the delivery page my order number has been sent to courier but not tracking sent to user for 2 weeks now there has been no update to my email or the delivery page on living ai website

Sorry to bother you again but can you tell me how long it may take for them to respond to my email? Also, do you know when they will update the delivery page or why it hasnā€™t been updated? Are people working right now or is there a holiday or something going on?

It has been emphasized multiple times to you that the most effective course of action is to reach out to them via email and patiently wait for their response. This advice holds true for everyone associated with Living.ai. Itā€™s important to understand that like any other company, Living.ai has the right to allocate their time, especially during weekends and holidays, as they too have families. I want to convey this information without any intention of rudeness; instead, Iā€™m urging patience, as all customers need to wait for a response and practice patience in these situations.

A very Pathetic service of delivery. its been a month and my order is still in processing. I dont know when its going to be deliver. It was a birthday gift and the birthday is already over. What i will do with the pachake. Are you planning to deliver it for the next birthday or whatā€¦

Welcome to the EMO Community Forums, @janaskhan . . . so sorry that it has not arrived in time for the birthday. Did you receive a tracking E-Mail from Living AI? It is possible that it may already be on its way but that the information got lost in the spam folder.

I will tag @faya to see if they can give you some information on where it is in the processing and delivery. Just know that it can take a month or more to receive your order given how Customs holds on and handles your incoming package and the reliability of your postal service/courier.
