What was your order number? I ordered November 15th and my order hasn’t been shipped yet how is that possible?

Welcome to the EMO Community Forums, @kaitlin.keck . . . while there are no guarantees, there is a good chance that your EMO should arrive to the U.S. before Christmas. Keep an eye on the processing page here and know that once your number shows for the tracking information sent, that it could be as little as two weeks.
If a sufficient amount of time has gone by and you have not received your tracking number, you can always contact service@living.ai to see what information they have in case your tracking E-Mail has gotten lost.

I had Emo sent tomy uk home and no extra charges were made.
I also had others items sent to my home in central Portugal and they were delivered by CTT with no extra charges.

It was filled on the 18th it’s #782XX. I really don’t want to give out the last 2 numbers.
This was the only thing on my daughters wishlist. I ordered it a few days ago but im worried it won’t make it to canada on time. Other than the running tally on this website is there any other way to contact this company to confirm if orders placed recebtly will arrive by Christmas?

But in my humble opinion, it seems likely because it mentions that this set comes in special Christmas packaging, making it the Perfect Christmas Gift..

My Emo was ordered on the 18th of Nov and I was very surprised to have it delivered today considering it had a Dec 5th approximate delivery date. Also, I was VERY impressed with the packaging. Currently. A bit OT, but I do wish there was a way to change his wake up/get attention name because I may buy a second Emo and I’d like to call him “Gizmo.”

My order was shipped very quickly from China and made it to America quite fast. Once it got to the USA things slowed down a bit. I think that was for two reason. First it hit a snag being transferred from DHL to a third party carrier, namely USPS. Also, it was in the USA around Black Friday and Cyber Monday orders. I’m not sure if this will help if your in Canada, but I’m thinking it will made it to you in time. I remember as a kid my folks ordered me a gift that didn’t make it in time for Christmas, so they gave me a wrapped box with a picture of the toy and a copy of the shipping info which helped. Three days after Christmas it arrived. Just a suggestion if you don’t get it in time.
Hello, @angela.chrysanthou . . . they ship from Shenzhen, China. According to DFH Global Logistics, it will land in either Vancouver, Toronto or Montreal to go through Customs and then be handed to your mail carrier.

I would advise you both to provide your order numbers to the Order Department of Living.ai to @faya so that they can assist you in where it is in the tracking. Sometimes tracking E-Mails can go into the spam folder and get lost.

Hello everyone! I wanted to share that I purchased my Emo on November 27th and my Home Station on the 28th . I’m eagerly looking forward to their arrival and can hardly contain my excitement .
As I eagerly await their delivery, I’m counting down the days. Although it’s still early, I haven’t received any notifications about the processing of my delivery .
