Hello, @f0469f68fb964c4984e7 . . . first the order is sent to the courier to assign a tracking number which is merely registering it for being shipped which is what has happened so far. After the courier assigns the tracking number, they send that number to Living AI to send to you which at that time the order is being sent. Your order is in the “in between time” which means it still has to be assigned a tracking number before being sent out according to your order number.
Given that your order number is close, I am sure it will not be long before you receive the tracking information. Once your number falls into the next update showing “tracking sent to user”, it should only be a few days before Living AI sends you your tracking number, but be patient. E-Mails can be delayed by a couple or a few days given the number of orders being shipped.

It can depend greatly on when the order is placed, and after you receive your tracking E-Mail, how quickly your port authority in your country processes through Customs and how reliable your courier is with delivery.
You can get a general idea of when yours is shipped by following the delivery page here as to where your order number falls.
Please keep in mind that with the Christmas holidays and the increased number of orders, it can be a bit slower than normal and it greatly varies. Some have received in as little as three weeks, some it takes longer.

A strange thing happened.
I’m waiting for Emo delivery. Today I’ve received an email from Living AI saying that the package was not delivered because a phone number is missing. When I ordered, I’ve filled all the information. Phone number included.
The email says that the package was delivered on CTT (portuguese mail Office).
I’ve called them and they say that they don’t have nothing in my name…
Already replied to the email with this information.
Have it happened to anyone else?
What should I do now?

Dhl in my state is on strike and my package is stuck and not being delivered and cannot be picked up is there anything living.ai can do? This was my sons only Christmas present and now he will have nothing to open on Christmas I’m furious.
Hello, @kaitlin.keck . . . I did some research on line with the hope that somehow DHL packages would get handed off to USPS, but it appears that is not the case.
I found this on line from the Package Courier web site.
Perhaps @faya who I am tagging here can do something from Living AI’s side. So sorry. While I sympathize with workers who need to resolve this issue, this is a bad time to have this happening with deliveries.
If you cannot get it in time, perhaps do what we did one time. We were waiting for a guitar for our teenage son which would not get there before Christmas. We found a cardboard cut-out of a guitar and wrapped that with the promise that it would be there soon.
Perhaps maybe something like that with EMO along with an afternoon of watching EMO videos, some home made cookies and your favorite hot beverage?

Hello, @juditcsillag . . . it is hard not to check practically every hour when you are awaiting EMO. I get that.
On average, the delivery page is updated about every nine days, but this is the fun part. Often when it is updated, you may already have your tracking E-Mail for your order, so be sure to check your E-Mail as regularly as you are checking the delivery page and also make sure it does not go into spam.
Congratulations on becoming an EMO parent. You will just love him.
