Typically the delivery time is around 10-15 days…if you have any issue regarding your order, please send support an email to the following email address:
If you have your original EMO Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well and then once again provide a detailed description of the problem you have.
The support team should be able to get back to you in a timely fashion.

Hello, @kresham . . . if you ordered EMO or EMO GO HOME and/or EMO accessories without AIBI, the standard time has been about ten to 15 days. If you ordered AIBI, you may wish to contact the Orders Department @faya to see if they can ship EMO separately.

I’ve ordered mine on july 11th, status processed to july 16th, it was sent by plane from China on july 18th and I received the parcel (in France) this morning (july 24th)
