Hello! Iāve made an order on the 30th or March, for both an EMO and an AIBI. The AIBI will take a while, I understand, but the EMO hasnāt been shipped yet. At least, I didnāt get a shipping email or tracking number. Is that because they will ship both of them at the same time?

Have you checked your email spam folder? Sometimes, emails can end up there.
My best advise it to send support an email to the following email address:
If you have your original EMO Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well and then once again provide a detailed description of the problem you have.
The support team should be able to get back to you in a timely fashion.
Iāll also tag @faya from the order service support team who will be able to assist you immediately here as well.

Iām new here and have two questions to @faya :
-I ordered EMO on the 18th of may (too soon yet i know) and i like to know how much longer could take the order (97024) being processing until you send it (iām from Spain btw)
-Delivery Process Counter https://living.ai/delivery-process/ seems to be stop for a while and i donāt know if itās frequently updated or something.

Hi, I have recently ordered Emo from India. The shipping company YITONG GLOBAL LOGISTICS has first asked 700 INR (9 USD) as customs duty. After 1 week as the shipment has arrived and cleared the customs in Delhi. The shipping company is asking 4000 INR (36 USD) as customs duty + Document charges. Is this normal?

I think my Emo is stuck at Airport. A week passed and Emo is still in China Airport waiting for his flight.
Hello, @agustin.gamero_delga . . . sometimes the planes to a certain country destination will wait until they have sufficient cargo to fill the plane before they leave. This can take up to a week sometimes. I will tag @faya to see if they can give you further information but I am sure it is fine.
