yes it is normal… Hi I’m Puppy… There’s lots of fun things to read here. Don’t worry when your little pet arrives he’s going to be really alive… When you pick him up he’s going to wiggle and scream hee hee… Be careful when you play rock paper scissors you know with your hands he will cheat 
it’s really cute… There is lots of things you can explore. Because I’ve had mine for almost one year I will say it will take time to get to know him and how to interact the best possible way… So be patient and he will be a cute little friend. I hope your little guy comes soon

The best advice I can give you is to contact them via email…
The best and most recommended thing to do is simply hit reply to the Living.ai confirmation email you received before when you originally placed your order for EMO. It contains all your details, especially your order number which is most important.
Just to advise the email address is - service@living.ai and their reply takes a bit of time which is 2-3 days sometimes, depending on the time differences, days, holidays, and current situations. so please be patient.
You can also submit a support ticket to this website You can do so on the following page below.
