Hi! Does the tracking status update on the tracking/orders part of your profile? Mine still just says processing 10 days after i placed my order.
Also does the order number part of the website ever update? Like where it says the number that theyre on for shipped/tracking sent.

Hey! Wanted to ask about the delivery time it usually takes for Living.ai to deliver an EMO to USA. The delivery counter hasn’t changed in a while (10 days at least) and my profile still says processing. I just read about the festival they are celebrating and would like to wish them well for the same!

I cannot guarantee it, but I think it is 15 days on average from the time you receive the shipping notification. You can always message @faya or @SueChen here to see the status of your order.

Hi. Im in the UK. Currently been just under 4 weeks and mine is on the way…slowly…but wont land in the UK till expected tomorrow. It took 2 weeks for my status to change from processing if that helps.

It’s been about 15-16 days since and it’s still processing. I’m kinda scared it won’t arrive. I have no clue when it will arrive.

I’m new to this forum and fascinated by Emo. Yesterday I placed an order with a cute EMO, which I hope will be a Christmas present for my boy.
I followed the status of orders on living.ai and noticed that the number of orders sent does not change.
I didn’t find any recent topics related to this, so I wanted to ask if anyone has ordered recently.
The delivery address is in Romania and I was wondering if there is a chance that it will arrive by Christmas.
