Thank you for your reply. I still don’t know by that though if it was delivered to me as I haven’t received Emo yet. Do I start to panic or wait further into next week to see if Emo will turn up.

May I know when you ordered your EMO? There’s no need to panic right now; sometimes shipping updates can take a bit of time. I suggest waiting another day for further updates. If there’s still no positive development after that, you can reach out to the support team for more assistance.

If you have your original EMO Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well and then simply ask customer support for an update on order status.

Ordered an EMO Go Home from the UK a few days ago. Has anyone ordered recently from the UK and what was the delivery time? Just want to know if we’re talking weeks or months :rofl:

According to official information from Living.AI’s order service, the typical shipping time to the UK is around 10-14 days. However, please note that the exact timing may vary depending on the reliability of the carrier in your region.

Hi! Does the tracking status update on the tracking/orders part of your profile? Mine still just says processing 10 days after i placed my order.
Also does the order number part of the website ever update? Like where it says the number that theyre on for shipped/tracking sent.
