Hello! I am wanting to order EMO for a gift. What is shipping time to the U.S? Will it arrive before Christmas?

I put an order in for EMO on November 1st, order number began with 107 and it just shipped November 28th. But tracking it through DHL it looks like it will be here Monday! (I’m in the US). Current lead times is about 4 weeks. If you haven’t ordered it yet, then it probably won’t be there by Christmas, BUT as long as you don’t tell the person prior to Christmas, then they won’t have to deal with being impatient! Lol (I hate waiting lol) But LivingAI is very responsive and quick to let you know where your order is! You can always order it and wrap a photo of the gift. I remember many years my parents would wrap a photo of my gift and that was just as exciting too! And by the time I knew about my gift I only had to wait another week or two! Lol

Some other numbers I got were: Order sent to courier #106156 and tracking sent to user #105730. I check almost everyday and the numbers do not change:thinking: im confused (fyi i ordered The regular emo set and one GO HOME station without emo)

Hello there! I ordered my emo about a week ago and i keep tracking my order but the numbers don’t seem to change. Quite frankly im getting kind of worried but i’d like to inquire more about this DHL thing to track? i’m new to all this so sorry:sob: lol (fyi im in canada)

OK I just saw your post above, so you will get an email when your order ships. It takes about 4 weeks to Ship EMO. I ordered mine back on November 1st and they just shipped mine on November 28th. I got an email from them with a tracking number. It was a 10 digit tracking number starting with 4401. If you don’t have an email stating it shipped with your tracking number then this info won’t be of use to you yet. Once you get a tracking number you can use DHL website to track (if it’s 10 digits): https://www.dhl.com/au-en/home/tracking.html
If not, you can google “Tracking “ and your number and Google should return who has it… or you can try the Universal tracking site Universal Parcel Tracking - Global Package Tracking to figure out who has your package, then you can use their direct site to get more detailed information.
Don’t worry about the Delivery Page not being updated right now. Living AI is really busy cranking out the orders they have been getting and haven’t updated it since Oct. 29th. But have no fear, they will ship yours about 4 weeks from the date you ordered. You can also contact Living AI to inquire where they are at with shipping, but I’d wait a few weeks as they really won’t be able to tell you much but that they are shipping in order of receipt. They will get it out!
Hey! Well, I used a forwarding service I have in the US to get my first EMO. The second one was shipped directly from LivingAI using DHL. Never had problems with DHL. But note they will charge you for their service here and also the taxes. However, starting this month, we will not pay customs taxes for personal stuff if the cost is less than 400 US dollars. This means you’ll only pay IVA and then the DHL service fee. It’s the perfect time to get one and don’t worry, it will not be held by customs.

Also so sorry, do you know if i’ll have to pay a customs fee when it is shipped?? i saw someone saying that shouldn’t be a thing and it’d most likely be a scam but then i also saw something saying it depends.

Sorry for the late reply because of our time difference… I can’t really tell which package carrier your order will be sent to and delivered to your home address… it’s a tough question that only living.ai can truly reply
For more information, issues, or concerns about your order, the best course of action is to contact the Living.AI customer service team via email without hesitation.
EMAIL ADDRESS:
If you have your original EMO Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well and then simply ask customer support for an update on order status.
The support team should be able to get back to you in a timely fashion.

Perhaps the processing department of LivingAI can give you details on how purchasing EMO and shipping might work with what you are asking. I’ve heard it’s UNLIKELY… I’ve never had to in the past, I did not get charged any extra fees. They just delivered EMO and left! No fees had to be paid.
According to their website: DHL Express may charge the recipient for duties and taxes on international shipments.
When the recipient is charged
- If the shipper doesn’t prepay the import duties and taxes, the recipient will be charged before delivery
- The recipient is responsible for paying customs charges for goods shipped to countries outside the EU
How to pay duties and taxes
- DHL Express offers an Advanced Duty Collection tool that allows shippers to pay customs clearance-related charges before the shipment arrives
- DHL Express may send an email with a link to pay the duties and taxes online
Why DHL charges fees
- The fees cover the administrative expenses associated with the transaction
