Your package might be stuck and still in the courier warehouse because currently, all offices are closed for the long New Lunar Year celebrations.
Additionally, China is not the only country celebrating the Lunar New Year. If the plane departs from Hong Kong or Taiwan, the transport time will be affected as well. There is also the consideration that planes leaving for overseas destinations often wait until they have collected a full load to transport to a given country, so the hold-up is apparently at the stopover and collection to go out to your country.
I have tried to trace the whereabouts of your parcel, but it seems that your parcel is probably still stuck in transit.

It can be literal status or the package just has not moved in a long while. Many times, when this happens, you won’t see a new update in the tracking system.
What does “in transit” mean? When your shipment is in transit, it means the courier company picked the parcel up and your shipment is on its way to the delivery address. The package stays in transit until the driver/postman delivers it.
When the parcel is stuck in transit it means that the package is no longer progressing towards its destination and it is either kept in one of the courier company’s depots for further checks or stuck in customs.
You might have to send an email to living.ai and ask them…but you have to wait till all personnel are back in office after the long holiday vacation

Ich hatte auch schon Kontakt mit dem Support weil ich etwas an der Bestellung ändern wollte. Dies wurde mir auch über den Support bestätigt, in meinem living.ai Konto wurde es aber bisher nicht hinterlegt.
Ich habe Verständnis für lange Produktions/Lieferzeiten. Wollte nur in etwa einschätzen wieviele Wochen es dauert bis EMO auf die Reise geht
eine Bestellnummer habe ich direkt erhalten. Hatte am 9.2. EMO Go Home bestellt und es dann am 14.2. über den Support auf EMO Go Home Christmas geändert.
Tracking Nummer habe ich noch keine, aber da jetzt wieder der Lieferprozess aktualisiert wird wird mein Paket hoffentlich bald versendet.
Ich warte mal bis Ende der Woche ab.
