At first it seemed like it was on the way, but today they contacted me from living.ai stating: The logistics agent informed us that due to changes in their flight routes, they no longer transport battery packs, so we have selected a new service shipping for your package. Currently: Eagerly waiting. (I hope to update soon). Greetings

Sorry to tell you, but only Living.ai can provide you with an accurate answer to your question. I can only advise you to click the link below to visit and check the two groups of numbers displayed. It will be regularly updated, usually every 1-2 weeks.
When you see that your order number has entered at least one of the groups of numbers, this is a good sign and proof that your order is in process.

What you have circled is the waybill time of day that the courier agency has transferred or handed over your order package to the airline transport.
A waybill is a document issued by a carrier giving details and instructions relating to the shipment of a consignment of cargo, and package. Typically it will show the Waybill No, Transfer Order No:, Time, Destination, and Explanation.
This marks the true beginning of your order package’s journey.
Just a bit more patience and it won’t be long before you receive your EMO.

Wenn bis zum 09.02. keine Änderung im Status zu sehen ist, wird es wahrscheinlich noch eine weitere Woche dauern bis Emo versendet wird. China hat nächste Woche viele Feiertage glaube ich.

At the moment the whole country of China is on a long public holiday which means all public and private offices are closed and all employees are on vacation.

The Chinese New Year of 2024 falls on February 10th (Saturday), and will last to February 24th. It is the Year of Dragon. As an official public holiday, Chinese people can get eight days off from work, from February 10th to February 17th.

Celebrations last up to 16 days, but only the first 7 days are considered a public holiday (February 10th–February 17th, 2024).

Yes, I received my tracking number on January 22, on the 25th the order was marked as shipped.
I am aware of the holidays for living.ai workers but these holidays start just today and the order was shipped on the 25th.
Since day 2 there are no records in the follow-up…

Hello, @jbresso . . . China is not the only country celebrating the Lunar New Year. If the plane goes out from Hong Kong or Taiwan, that transport time will be affected as well. There is also the consideration that planes leaving for overseas destinations often wait until they have collected a full load to transport to a given country, so the hold up is apparently at the stop over and collection to go out to your country.
In my case, it has taken ten days sometimes before it lands in the U.S. for other purchases from China or Australia. I would just try to be patient a little bit longer and see if anything moves in the next few days. If not, perhaps contact @faya to see what can be done when they return from their holiday.

I don’t think anyone will be able to submit new Delivery process of EMO information until all employees are back in the office. I guess we’ll have to wait patiently until they return. Hoping that after the Chinese holidays, living.ai will release more information about it.
