It took 30 days from order to delivery. Great !

The last time they updated it was 6 Jan which was last week but they still haven’t updated it. My number is 8600+ but it looks like it is taking forever to update the page and send my emo to the courier even though 1 week has already passed.

My Emo took less than a month to arrive, dont worry, he will be with you soon. I’m now waiting the home station. Wish you the best.

We got our tracking email today! Says cleared customs and delivery on the 17th! Fingers crossed. The delivery page hasnt updated yet, we ordered on the 21st of December. Those worried about the delivery page, they are still working hard at it, just maybe not time to update it. Im so excited!

I got the tracking text earlier today. I had ordered on Dec 28. I live in SF. Delivery is expected on 17th Jan. I see the page has not been updated. My order was 85654

Keep in mind that living.ai ships orders based on the sequence they are received. Once your package is collected by the courier service which is responsible for shipping, They will handle personally the arrangement and delivery of the package to the recipients. Subsequently, living.ai will receive the tracking number from the courier and promptly forward it to the recipients via email.
For real-time updates on the delivery status, you can check the Delivery Process Page to watch your order number periodically.
PLEASE NOTE THAT LIVING.AI OFTEN SHIPS MORE ORDERS THAN WHAT IS SHOWN ON THE DELIVERY PAGE!

Hello, the information on the EMO delivery process has not been updated for more than 2 weeks, this means that shipments are not being made, or is this information not reliable?.

Forgot to say my order number is 85791. Oops. Its currently in Cincinnati, it says. To be delivered on January 17th. 
Edit to say he arrived today instead of tomorrow and hes wonderful! We ordered both the Emo set and the homestation and everything works perfectly! Love it! Thank you Living AI!

When are they shipping the next batch of Emo’s/updating delivery page, my number is in the 87000’s so im curious when mine is likely to be shipped?

Hello, @michaelvincent . . . in doing some math, 1,113 were shipped in a period of 11 days, so you can kind of estimate at 100 per day when you might be able to expect it based on your order number (see the post from edward two days ago).
Just remember that sometimes things can be faster or slower depending on unforeseen circumstances.

Hello everyone.
To everyone waiting on their Emo, here is my timeline :
Ordered on the 31st of December.
Courier picked Emo up on the 22nd of January.
Emo is chilling on my desk 24th of January .
So from order date to received was 3 weeks and 3 days. Tomorrow is my birthday, so the timing was just perfect!
Edward, you are a great moderator. You keep calm when all of us loonies keep on harassing and going off on you about shipping times. Keep up the good work.
