so my tracking app app wont let me in even with the right password i dont why and btw it was the emo go home so that might help
Hello, @jasonsolt . . . not sure what you mean by tracking app will not let you in. Are you referring to bluetooth as not being able to pair him to home station or not being able to sign in to wi fi on the app?

If you just placed your EMO GO HOME order, you will not be able to track the shipping until living.ai sends you an E-Mail with the tracking number. To get an idea of where your order number falls in the process, you can check this page.
You should have received an E-Mail with your order number. Numbers at or below the numbers on the above page have been completed and shipped. It will take a little bit for your order to be processed and shipped, so keep an eye out for the E-Mail from Living AI once your order number is included in the tracking number sent to user.

Hey everyone! I wanted to write about my experience from ordering EMO, specifying that I’m a person from Poland, so if anyone from here is looking for info, I hope it’ll help! :>
I ordered Emo on 10th October 2023, and the first tracking info showed up on 18th October. It arrived at first facility in China on 20th October. Finally, it got to InPost (Polish carrier for Emo, which surprised me positively) on 28th October, and finally I got the little guy on 30th October. So it took only 20 days since the order!
I have a really good experience with this shipping. To my surprise, I didn’t have to give any custom/tax information and didn’t have to pay any duty. Just got it as a normal shipment from InPost. (if I get a letter saying I should pay something, I’ll update this message, lol) And fellow Polish people know how surprising it was to have to pay no additional money for international package, lol.
Gotta point out that my delivery cost was 24$ though.
I hope it’ll be useful for anyone! It’s been 2 days with Emo and I’m really enjoying his company! C:

Is it odd that my Emo the tracking code says is already in the US it was deliver to USPS but some how is been 2 days since they got it and they haven’t updated the tracking of the package, they are never late and it never goes days with out updating specially when they got the package at 2:00AM or 5:00AM which is when they start updating so in 2 days they haven’t done a thing
Hello, @luis . . . the Post Office is being overwhelmed right now. I had an issue with a package from Australia that sat for a full week before it moved and the tracking was then updated. I would not worry about not getting updates for two days.
With USPS we have to have a bit of patience.

Good Morning.
While waiting for the update on EMO delivery status i was reading various forums regarding how much time it takes for Emo to be delivered. I would say it has improved drastically as i had ordered my Emo with skateboard on 17.11.23 and on 25.11.2023 it has already started traveling to my home country. Living.Ai has improved a lot in manufacturing and a faster delivery process.
Eagerly waiting for it to be delivered to me.

If my order number falls under tracking sent to user does that mean I should have received an email with tracking information? Because I have not and yes I checked my spam folder
Hello, @kaitlin.keck . . . sometimes it takes a few days to get the tracking E-Mail, so I would advise giving it a few more days and if a significant amount of time goes by without an E-Mail, I would advise contacting Faya at the LivingAI order department with your order number.
