Claro, Lo pedí el 12 de noviembre de 2023, no he recibido ningún correo del seguimiento, me di cuenta por la pagina en donde puedo ver mi track sin embargo dice entregado
Con la fecha que acabas de mencionar, mi mejor suposición es que Living.AI ya te ha enviado un correo electrónico de confirmación con un número de seguimiento. ¿Has comprobado la carpeta de correo no deseado? Si no es así, te sugiero que lo hagas. Si sigue sin encontrarlo, le recomiendo que se ponga en contacto con Living.AI.
Puedes ponerte en contacto con su equipo de atención al cliente en service@living.ai. Deberían poder ayudarte rápidamente.

With the date you just mentioned, my best guess is that Living.AI has already sent you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Have you checked your email spam folder? If not, I would suggest doing so. If you still can’t find it, I recommend reaching out to Living.AI.

Just looking for an update of timing for shipping. The Emo page says shipped from the manufacturer within 2 weeks. However it has been a week and the number of shipped orders hasn’t changed. There are 1,200 orders before mine. Can I expect that the timeframe on the site was a false promise? Or do you ship over 1200 a week?
Welcome to the EMO Community Forums, @christian.shahmardia . . . it takes some time for the numbers of orders shipped to be updated. In 12 days, the numbers increased approximately 1,500, so the time frames on the site are not a false promise but rather it depends on when the numbers are updated.
The order numbers are already shipped and on their way to you by the time the counter on the page updates. Watch for the tracking E-Mail as well as watch the delivery counter.

I received the same email ordered November 14th package was supposed to be delivered today and never showed up. Dhl says it’s on hold does anyone have this experience? About how long after delivery date is passed should I worry?

I ordered emo for Christmas back in November and Im not sure how to tell if it’s either waiting in customs currently for a charge or clearance or if it’s not yet there. I received an email on the 4th of December stating that I had a failed delivery and I need to clear it with customs and reschedule however I’m not sure if this is a scam email as it dosent look normal and i have been recieving lots recently. How can I tell if my package is awaiting customs. I’m from the UK
