Do you know if they only send the orders before updating the page or can I hope for an e-mail about sending my EMO sooner?

Sorry to say, according to your order number #74823, and the current ‘Order Sent to Courier’ Status: #74674, I’m not completely sure, but it looks like it’s still in the Living.ai warehouse.

The exact delivery time can vary due to multiple factors, including the destination, local holidays, and the efficiency of the local parcel service. It’s challenging to provide an exact delivery date even living.ai staff. Also, they are shipping according to the order or the orders, and once your package is sent out they will get/receive the tracking numbers from the courier and they will send it immediately to you via email.
As always to view your order status simply go to Living.Ai Main Website and direct to your Account > Orders, from that page you can view everything about your order status.

My friend has ordered an emo shiping from China to Denmark. It’s estimated to arrive on October 24th, in 4 days. Would he require to pay anything else like taxes upon it’s arrival?
Quite some time since I got my emo, and can see in my reply regarding that to someone else, that I had to pay 185 kr in tax🤔
So perhaps it’s the same for your friend🙂

Hi @ethan1 , If you’re from US, may I know whether you had to pay any kind of tax? I sent this as a gift so it would be troublesome if my friend has to pay the tax.

Hello everyone. I placed an order on October 8, 2023. I am in UAE and will be going back to my home country soon in November. I got this as a present for my son who has birthday in November. EMO support team told me that package would be shipped October 16, 2023 but still no tracking update.
Any idea how long it may take. i dont want my son to get heart broken. I gave him solid promise. I am quite nervous.

Welcome to the EMO Community Forums, @syedumair . . . if you check your order number against the numbers shown above posted by Edward, you will get an idea if a tracking number has already been sent to you (#74674 or a number before that). If your order number is in that group and you have not received an E-Mail from Living AI, you may want to check your spam folder. If your order is at or below #75447, your order has been sent to the courier for shipment.
Since they informed you that it would be shipped on October 16th, it has not been yet a week and shipments also have to be processed through your port authority and pass through Customs which may take a while before being passed to your courier for delivery to your home.
If you feel that your tracking E-Mail may have been lost or deleted by accident, you can contact the Order Service person, @faya, for clarification on the process on their order.

If the teams says so it should come some times the tracking update does not come but comes that time

Hello, @judini.rodrigo. I believe that tax is included in the order AFTER you order. I don’t know if sending a gift to someone would mean that he/she would have to pay it but I hope that @Lindaru and @edward can help.
Hello, @ethan1 and @judini.rodrigo . . . I believe you would have to contact the tax authority in the destination country to determine if taxes are taken when it arrives.
