HI, i don’t know if anyone can help but i’ve just discovered that when i purchased my Emo, i entered a typo into my email address. Because i didn’t recieve any email i thought i hadn’t created a Living.AI account for the forum and so created a new one. I now don’t have my original account’s password and because there was a typo in the email, i cannot request a reset.

At the upper right corner where your avatar picture is and where you get notifications from, click on your avatar and you will see an envelope icon. Click that and it shows all private messages.

Try clicking the link below. If it redirects you to your Account Preference page, you can edit everything you need from there.

To Go To Account Preferences Page:
To access your settings from any page of the community forum:
- Click your avatar/profile picture in the upper-right corner.
- A panel will open; on the right side you’ll see several vertical icons.
- Select the Profile icon at the bottom of that list.
- Then click the Preferences / Gear icon on the left side.
- From there, you can edit any settings you need.
- When finished, scroll down and click Save Changes to apply your updates.
