Did you try already to poke EMO REBOOT/RESTART HOLE?

I recommend recording a video of the problem and contacting/sending the video or link to Living.AI Support. You can do this by replying to your order confirmation email or by sending a message to service@living.ai with your Order Number and EMO-ID

It might be that your EMO SD card inside his head has become corrupted and needs to be replaced.

The support team will be able to provide you with further instructions via email or private message to help you get this issue resolved.
