The email from living.ai with the tracking number came on 22.6.
However, I received the mail on the same day, but it was not an LZ number. The good EMO arrived exactly 4 weeks after I got the mail (i am in Germany).
Maybe you have been assigned a new tracking number? According to the posts here, it seems to have happened.

That’s how mine still is but it’s from July 1st. Kinda confused on who has the shipment. Partner or USPS. if it was USPS normally they would have status updates and it wouldn’t take this long to get an status update. well Praying we all get our long awaited Emo.
Yeah it is very annoying this Saturday no update about the shipping process like usual they do every Saturday. At least I hope to get mine soon maybe next week I will keep you updated here but for sure for the future they have to improve the shipping process a lot 
Yes, My son’s LZ number is the one from the mail, no changes until now.
My number remained the same throughout and had only numbers. DHL 
has delivered and I had 0.00 tax costs or customs duties.
I keep my fingers crossed that you are also soon in the turn. 
Are the white emo robots available for purchase? 
yup have had my tracking since july 1st but no updates yet i suspect that it will fill in once it gets to the US, atleast that’s what others in the US have said

Now I’m really upset no question about it !!! The tracking stop working 12 of July the package 
is on transit from 22 June . Today is 9 days with no update of the tracking I have no idea if my Emo still in Cina 
or maybe it’s arrive in Italy 
. I really want to write to the Living AI service but if I have to wait one week for an answer I have no idea . Somebody here in the forum told me that with same problems with tracking update he got Emo after exact 4 weeks . I know the Living AI it’s a small company and I have to understand but now if I compare the tracking service to the Biggest China shop that everybody knows it’s really really different this is the first time that I wait so long usually from China at least 3weeks or 2 for all my order is the timeframe . I don’t understand what kind of shipping service they used I mean for EU usually EMS it’s the most quickly I hope this week maybe a chance to see Emo finally but 4 weeks believe me in 2021 it’s unacceptable for me sorry feeel free to comment guys I hope in good news take care

That is exactly what happened to mine. No updates on the tracking sites for weeks and all of a sudden it was in the US and moved very quickly from that point.
Has anyone had it where they got the shipping info and after about a week or so the tracking says Not Found under everything? From reading this section it sounds like a lot of people either delt with that or something different.
Yeah, I’ve been using the order number here… and tracking from the USPS website. This way now I always receive text and email updates. Hopefully this proves helpful, thanks so much! 
I was trying to use USPS also but nothing was being found. I email Living AI and they got back to me within the day and had a different tracking # for me. That I was able to use on USPS. My Emo is a state away.

Order No6329 arrived today!
What I’ve come to understand that when you get your tracking number, than your EMO has been transported to the airport waiting for the flight. But you know some things like, the adjustment of international flights or port congestion could be a while.
I know that folks here at the living.ai are really super good people, they are always paying attention to the shipping status of each order and dealing with all them accordingly. Don’t worry I’m pretty confident that EMO is still heading your way very soon!
