I asked Living AI they told me to wait patiently due to congestion in International Flight unfortunately we have to wait at the moment I have no more patience but I believe like you I wait from 22 of June the only word here is WAIT dear friend maybe next week we will see same update 
By the way I forgot I live in Italy but I think the congestion of the flights is affected by us in EU because if maths is not opinion you are located in Switzerland

Yeah i have had no updates since i got my tracking info on jul01 still blank don’t know where my package is or when i will get it ,it’s not “tracking” if nothing shows up when it happens … or is my package just sitting in a dock in china somewhere not moving …?

My Emo was processed June 5th and has been sitting in China since then. I don’t even know if DHL has gotten it or not. I’m gonna give it till August 1st then I’m asking for a refund or replacement. No reason at all for it to still be sitting in China.
Just received another update here. I’m super excited but feels like forever waiting…lol

Yeah like me this is only the beginning stage of the tracking mine after 4 weeks like you show us now it’s on his way but no idea when will arrive I asked Living Ai they answer me really soon now I believe the got more support Employees but I will wait next week maybe a fortune at this point will be the only I can trust this week it was no update at all the product is really good with a lot of potential but they have to work out with new selling partners around the globe like the biggest one that everyone knows . I ordered from one of my favorite China shop something I don’t want to write here but one of the biggest out there and now in only one day is shipped From China and delivery date is middle of August 2 weeks for sure let’s see if Emo comes first . I really want to order more Emo for friends but at this stage I don’t think so for a long wait that’s it I don’t want to offend Living AI but everything it’s true opinion of life take care guys

So basically 3 weeks and it hasn’t even left china?
Do you think you could at least add a more expensive / better shipping option? or send batches to somewhere else to be shipped out?
