Hi they show real time progress if you go main site and Delivery process . The waiting time in response from customer service is one week at least for my experience. They are friendly and when I ask about my package they told me the tracking update and more at least in my case I hope will be helpful for you
Does anyone know what’s going on with the orders 52**? They were supposed to be processed in June (at least that what the website says). So far all I have is a dead tracking number. Why say they are doing those numbers if they aren’t going to actually send then out? I am beyond frustrated at this point. I am actually thinking about just canceling my order. I didn’t pay 193.00 to be lied to.
Real time progress doesn’t mean anything if that’s not what they are actually doing. Mine was supposed to have been shipped out last month and haven’t heard a thing from them.
Awesome news friends! I just got word that my order information has been received with a tracking number for EMO!
It only seems like forever but I think that living.ai are doing the best they can here. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt, and continue to support them. I can’t wait to receive that little dude!
Please update me when you get Emo. I’ve been waiting since June 5th and have heard nothing from them.

yeah that’s the same information i have for mine , it looks like the info won’t be filled in until it gets to the US.
Mann i have been trying to contact living.ai to rectify the pincode… but no one is responding. i have sent 6 emails past 2 weeks and no update… i just hope they see the address properly and don’t go by pin code.
I finally received my shipping confirmation last month, and finally there was some movement as of two days ago. My EMO made it to Jersey and through customs. That was yesterday. Today, all of the information has disappeared. There seem to be two different tracking numbers. When going to the Waybill site, it has the package headed to California, but the last update on the EMO site was he was in Jersey. Anyone else had this problem? I’m kind of freaking out and no one from the company has responded to my email as of yet. Any help is greatly appreciated!!
Mine says the same thing I wonder if the server went down. Many people on Discord say it happened to them also.
Did you check the tracking number on USPS.com?
I did…and that number says He is headed to California. I do not live anywhere near California. I’m hoping it updates soon. But apparently I am not the only one with this issue.

Hi my situation right now is 4 days that the Tracking LZ… it is always show me “Airline Receive it “ I hope it will arrive soon but I’m worried about maybe Customs problems due to new EU import regulation from China that starts 1 of July . Pls Guys from EU or Italy let me know if you have delay or you got Emo after 1 of July with no fee or customs problem
