Hi, I don’t have a change on the shipment tracking yet, but we have a two day public holiday now, maybe it will change on Wednesday.
Hopefully my order will be shipped this week! I’m super excited to receive my EMO!!!
hey guys, anyone getting replies on service@living.ai? i have sent 3 mails since last week and no one is responding.
It took them about a week to reply to my ticket.
Hi guys I hope you can reassure me because I’m a little bit confused and sad about the tracking info . My order is #68xx and like many of you it was shipped 22 of June . The first tracking number never show update . 5 of July I got a new tracking from Living AI but now this one it always show me no updates like the previous one . What I have to do ? Can one of you guys with the same experience maybe like me explain me more ? Please or Wayne or Andy in the meantime I will wait the answer from the Living Ai Support thanks if you help here I aprreciate that take care I’m from Italy 
Seems it’s moving right now I hope for the best 
Maybe it will take a week after this update I guess seems in the airport ready to leave China I hope

Ciao, non so se tu abbia avuto aggiornamenti nel frattempo ma io ho aspettato 2 settimane prima di avere il primo update dalla cina. Da quel momento è arrivato in 7 giorni
Well it seemed they only shipped 100 Emos this week from the email I have received! 
Ciao grazie il mio stato dice partito dalla Cina al momento ho anche scritto al supporto ci hanno messo una settimana a rispondere ancora in viaggio spero arrivi in Italia poi da lì il tracking con poste Italiane
