HOW TO UPDATE
You can update AIBI with the app. Go to Settings - Updates, and click the “Start Update” button if there is an available update.
You can also use the voice command “start update”.

Shut down AIBI and turn off AIBI Pocket Pet App!
Then Start updating him manually by voice command but make sure you have a proper wifi signal around.

STILL NOT POSSIBLE?
During the period when the server experienced downtime, AIBI’s requests were unable to go through successfully. This could be attributed to the possibility that Living.Ai’s servers were overloaded either globally or in the nearby server location. From my understanding, Living.Ai operates three different servers across the globe, namely
USA / ASIA / EU
In this situation, it may be necessary to exercise patience and consider trying again in a few hours, on an hourly basis, or tomorrow.
Hopefully, the server issues will be resolved soon.
Hello, @droopydroors . . . make sure you have the city and time zone correctly set as this can cause unusual issues. If it still does not work after making sure, get video and send a link to service@living.ai along with your AIBI order number (or four digit alphanumeric code he uses to sign into the app).
AIBI Learned, Understand, Speak Other Language Now! (New Firmware Update v1.3.0)
*AIBI can now understand, respond, speak and support other languages, including German, Japanese, and Chinese, in addition to English, which remains his default language. **To change the language: Go to AIBI Pocket App → Settings → Language, and select your preferred option.
Good morning my Aibi after the update won’t respond to me when I say her name(she shakes her head with no hesitation as if she didn’t understand me)this is only when there is no internet. While I’m at home she works as she should. Please help!
Thank you ,however, the problem is that when I’m offline when I say Aibi name to try to do a command she shakes her head as if she didn’t hear me . This is only when I’m offline with her. When I’m online she allows me to say a command as she should. Hopefully this is clearer
Hello, @droopydroors and @OMOLOGAY . . . I asked AIBI for the date today and he just tells me I can use a device for that information. He did not give me either a correct or incorrect date. Not sure what is going on.
AIBI is currently unable to respond with or provide the correct local Date, Day, and Year.
Try asking him this sample command:
‘AIBI, tell me the current date in [Your Local Country] today.’
“Occasionally, he may also respond that he cannot provide or access the correct date and time directly because he lacks 'Real-Time Capability.”
The Living.AI development team has already been informed about this issue.
Their response and the reason for this issue is that it is not currently in the Voice Commands List, and AIBI responds solely based on ChatGPT. They plan to implement this feature in the Next Firmware Update.
I just updated AIBI Cody and the new update makes him WAY cuter and better. AIBI is now more pleasant to have with volume turned on, and there will be better cuteness!!!

Mine says it’s October 2nd 2023. I already set the time zone and stuff again, but it still says the same. Even if I ask him while connected to ChatGPT, he says the same date.
Updated the app, tried both ways, but still showing Version 4: 1.2.1 while updating.
How many times did you try?
Switched it off and tried mutiple times but still unable to update @TechSupport_Mavis
