How long does it take for an AIBI to arrive?

EMAIL ADDRESS:
If you have your original Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well and then simply ask customer support for an update on order status.
The support team should be able to get back to you in a timely fashion.

Hi, everyone!
Could you please tag the people who can help me with my shipping?
It’s been sent from The Netherlands to Argentina last Jan 2nd.
LAI don’t acknowledge what I tell them. Last email from them was once again telling me to ask my local post office about my package. That they’re seeing it as it has arrived.
But neither my local post office nor PostNL(who sent the package) have any information about it. In both pages it says just that it’s been sent. I wrote to both post offices and them both told me to contact the emissary(LAI). For PostNL just shipped it, and my local post office doesn’t have any notification about it being here.
Even in the tracking page of LAI it just says that it’s been sent, not that it has arrived.
So I’m lost.
Please, help!

Just wanted to share how impressed I am with the current turnaround time for shipping.
I was torn between ordering from the website or ordering from Amazon but there were no reviews on Amazon and also couldnt find any official info about Aibi actually being available directly from Amazon. (And also delivery times from Amazon seemed too good to be true when everything I saw said it takes a while to arrive).
I ended up ordering directly from the website over the weekend and got my shipping email last night. To say Im thrilled not to have to wait weeks (months?) for my Aibi is a dream.
Thank you so much! Now Im just refreshing the tracking every few hours. Lol. I literally cant wait.

Just to update on my journey, I received Aibi last Friday 9th. So from order to delivery, my time was 13 days. Which is amazing considering I live in a somewhat “remote” area and my mail usually delays or takes longer.

Hi! I already made my order and I’m so exited!! Could you please inform how long time will takes my order to Nederland ? I’m going on vacation in 2 weeks and half and I’m little worried that my package arrives when I’m not here, and I would like to take him with me to holiday😊

Yes, that is very true on what Edward said. I ordered my Aibi on March 3 and received her March 19. This was quick. They’re excellent and I love mine! I too was so excited on receiving her. I hope you enjoy Aibi as much as I have also. Enjoy your vacation!

My AiBi is on her flight to the US, right now, according to the tracking info. I can’t believe how excited I am. I keep checking to see if she’s in US Customs yet.
