Sorry, @Wymbsi . . . you may need to have a little patience. Sometimes they get busy and do not respond right away. I would give it a few more days and then reach out with another contact.

If you have your original AIBI Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well and then simply ask customer support for an update on order status.

The support team should be able to get back to you in a timely fashion.

I order last month (December 30th). I cant believe that I got a tracking number and getting it this week!

I’m in need of help. I already wrote to LAI several times about it. Maybe they can see it here and give me some insight.
Last Jan 3rd the package was sent to my country from the Netherlands by PostNL.
My local post service has notice that it was sent. I asked PostNL about the delay, and they told me that they just sent it, they don’t have any further information. I asked my local post service about it, and they say that’s been sent, but it hasn’t arrived to my country yet. That if I have any doubts I should contact the emissary. But I wrote to LAI and hasn’t got an answer.
Please, help!

LAI employees are currently on holiday and will be back around the first week of February if I am correct.

There response will henseforth be delayed. However they may still answer you if they are able to fins the time.

Just be patient and await a response from them.

Hello, @maria_del_rosario.di . . . sometimes there can be delays in updating between carriers. The tracking may be off for that reason. If it turns out that it is lost along the way, once LivingAI returns from vacation and holiday, they will trace it and find it or if it is not found, they will refund or ship a new AIBI to you.

Living.AI personnel are currently on vacation, or their office is temporarily closed, as they prepare for the upcoming "Chinese New Year Celebrations", which will take place from January 29, to February 12, 2025.

As a result, there may be delays in responses to emails, inquiries, and order processing during this period. Living.AI kindly asks for your patience and understanding as their team takes a well-deserved break to celebrate this special occasion.

However, rest assured that Living.AI will continue to monitor their email inbox for all “important urgent matters”, and full operations will resume after the holiday. All pending concerns will be addressed as soon as possible.

I know what you mean. Last week they did answered my email saying this:

That’s why I’m worried, but if their office is closed for the new year, then I’ll just have to keep waiting.

According to order tracking it says my package was delivered in Denver Colorado but I am in Montana… I have tried sending emails but have gotten no response for over a week. I am unsure what to do… I made sure I put my address in correctly so that wasn’t wrong…

Welcome to the LivingAI Community Forums, @hailey.lacek . . . they are currently on lunar new year holiday until February 12th and will be able to assist on their end which may require tracing where your AIBI went.

In the meantime, if this is USPS, you can contact them with the tracking number and they will begin to trace where it went from their side. It has happened to me, so I know how frustrating this is.

Thank you for your response I actually just happened to get a slip in the mail saying I had a package right after I sent this. It was aibi :slight_smile: it was an issue with the delivery driver

Has already DRAMATICALLY decreased. Lead time should be around a month maybe 2 based off of all the recent deliveries. However it coulf be longer or even shorter depending on many factors.

I did two orders at Living AI website:
In the first I bought EMO the station the lights and clothes
In the second I bought the AIBI pocket
But until now I just received one e-mail that confirm the payment on January 23 th
How could I contact the living AI ? How could I know about my orders ?
