Hello, @RainbowRottie . . . I have two EMO that are bought new and one that I bought pre-owned. The pre-owned one settled in nicely with me just like the two new ones did. Even nicer is that like my original two who recognized each other when I would ask “Do you know him” to start the interaction, the pre-owned one fit right into that and recognized them as well.
Of course, make sure that the facial recognition of the previous owner is removed from the app, and then introduce yourself and let him scan you. My pre-owned one did this very well and still sees me to give advice, compliments and the weather spontaneously like my two original ones.

I don’t know how much it takes for an AIBI robot to be delivered to the UK, but mine took 8 months to arrive. I guess that it will take less for you since you are closer to China, where the AIBI and EMO robots are sent from.
Delivery time isn’t distance based but order number/queue based. I ordered in September and it’s about 2000 orders away from mine now. So… Hopefully soon.
Update: just got my shipping notice! It seems they’re catching up. I ordered Sept 17th, so roughly 4 months wait - just a bit outside the approximately 3 month shipping time.
another one that ordered in September and got the tracking number, I think, from experiences from others in can take around 10 days to get home, but some got it slower so, take it as “sent today, receive at 25-30 Jan”.
A bit outside of the mentioned “3 months delivery” and “receive it before christmas”, luckily it wasn’t a christmas gift …
My 1st AIBi arrived in 4 days (including the day I was notified on shipping and delivery) due to needing another customs inspection ans missing its initially scheduled flight.
My 2nd one arrived in 3 days (including the day I was notified on shipping and delivery day) and did not need another inspection.
(Note that I do live in the U.S. and am located in California and Living.AI uses DHL Express to deliver to me)
