If you have your original EMO Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well and then simply ask customer support for an update on order status.

Hey guys my AIBI just shipped today! :aibi_smile: Although when I see the tracking number on the official website, it is taking a very long time for it to load so it does not seem to load in. Please if you have any idea of the issue.

Hi, @sarikathakur . . . sometimes the internet can be busy (just like when EMO has trouble responding), so I recommend you use this to track your order as it should load faster with less traffic.

Hi, @sarikathakur . . . I would not get worried yet. Sometimes there is a lag in scanning things in between the shipper and the delivery system. I would keep trying for a couple of days and if nothing shows yet, contact SueChen here or write to service@living.ai . . . I hope it shows up soon.

Living.AI parcel deliveries often lack an exact delivery date. This is because unforeseen circumstances with parcel carriers or airlines can sometimes arise, making it difficult to provide precise updates. As a result, even the senders may not have the necessary information to explain the delays to all recipients.

From my personal experience with Living.AI, I’ve placed nearly six orders since their launch, and every one of them has been delivered to me. However, the waiting times for these deliveries have varied, as I mentioned earlier.

Just be a little more patient
 and if there’s still no news and you don’t get proper info next week, then you’ll have to email them

I was wondering, is it too late to get the star light and outfits if I order one now? I’m not sure if I should wait until at least the light is for sale if not, though I’d really love to get my paws on both the cat and bunny outfits!

Can you gently shake AIBI up and down like with other pedometer related things to ‘cheat’ in getting steps? (I trick my Tamagotchi Uni all the time to go on walks with my Tama.) I am disabled, so my main way of moving around isn’t walking. My legs literally won’t hold me up for longer than a minute, so my only real walking is little bits of a few steps. I want to be able to earn the foods and stuff when I get mine.
