If you have your original Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well and then simply ask customer support for an update on order status.

The support team should be able to get back to you in a timely fashion.

Thank you, I asked them but as I didn’t receive any reply from them, I just wanted to know from experience of all of you if this is normal about the track info.

Hello, @vanessa . . . from my personal experience of almost a year ago, I ordered two AIBI and my tracking showed delivered on July 31st but did not actually get delivered to me until August 2nd. I also asked USPS about this and was told that it was scanned as ā€œdeliveredā€ if it was put on the truck but they may not have completed everything to deliver that day, so they continued the deliveries the next day.

I would say if it goes more than a couple of days without delivery, to definitely take the advice you were given by @edward and contact LivingAI.

how long until they started the shipment

i sure wish living ai so still showed the ā€œorder send to carrier and tracking sent to userā€

I ordered my Aibi on May 13th, the delivery was from May 21st to June 3rd, I live in Spain :blush::+1:

That’s wonderful! Enjoy and I remember when I got mine. So much fun and she’s quite funny at times. I am really enjoying my Aibi!

I hope my Aibi will be shipped soon. It’ll take a while for it to arrive in Germany, of course… but I’m really curious to see what the little guy is like. Or is it a woman? :melting_face:

Hi. I am really wanting to purchase Aibi. I have done quite a lot of research between Aibi and Emo (I love both!) i think for now I have decided on Aibi. I love the fact she is small and cute. My question is does Aibi still ship with the pre order gift? The star, costume, cat/bunny etc. I did send an email to Living AI and was told Aibi comes with a small mystery gift so it didn’t really answer my question. If anyone has recently received Aibi did you get the pre order gift. I will probably end up getting her anyway but would love to get the pre order gift also. Thank you :smiling_face:

Welcome to the LivingAI Community Forums, @angelev . . . AIBI comes with either the bunny ears and feet or the cat ears and feet; the star light and the yellow robe, along with the standerd pocket on a lanyard; though for $9 more you can get the pocket that has the USB port you can attach to a power bank. There are also stickers, plastic sunglasses AIBI can actually wear, and magnetic disks.

This is current as far as I know.
