If you have your original Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well and then simply ask customer support for an update on order status.
The support team should be able to get back to you in a timely fashion.

Hello, @vanessa . . . from my personal experience of almost a year ago, I ordered two AIBI and my tracking showed delivered on July 31st but did not actually get delivered to me until August 2nd. I also asked USPS about this and was told that it was scanned as ādeliveredā if it was put on the truck but they may not have completed everything to deliver that day, so they continued the deliveries the next day.
I would say if it goes more than a couple of days without delivery, to definitely take the advice you were given by @edward and contact LivingAI.
