Ive had aibi for a few days now, all I can say is that I’m really enjoying having her around. I’m just wondering when the next update might come around, I’m excited to see what’s next for the little robot. :grin:

I would like to inform you that Aibi is currently in the process of mass production. Please note that the estimated timelines provided are subject to change based on the factory’s shipping schedule.
Rest assured, early pre-orders will be shipped before Christmas. If your personal order number falls within this category, it is possible that it may be dispatched by mid-November.
We can assure you that we will ship orders in the sequence they were received. Thank you for your understanding.

Your order is expected to be shipped in the fourth batch.
However, the factory is planning a large-scale production, and your order package is expected to be shipped at the latest on Christmas. The specific delivery time is subject to the actual delivery of the factory.

Good morning,

I made a mistake when placing my order and accidentally purchased both Emo Go Home and AIBI together. These items are intended as Christmas gifts, but I’m worried that the AIBI won’t arrive in time and that Emo won’t be sent since the purchase was a set. I don’t mind paying extra for separate shipping of the Emo, but I really need it to be sent. Can you please advise me on how to proceed?

Your Emo should ship as soon as its ready and will not be held back on any way due to AIBI. AIBI will ship wherever its ready as well.

I asked living AI regarding a possible shipping date for my order Nr. 87186 (7th January 2024) and i was told its scheduled for mid-november. Might give you an idea if you have an order number in the same vicinity as mine.

My order was 84xxxx…… still processing. Guess I was skipped. Messed up and definitely am going to email for a refund. I ordered 12/23 and this is just ridiculous at this point.

I also got mid November its going to be like 15 of November
