Last email before that they told me before Christmas, but now I’m seeing everyone is being told mid-november so I had to ask.

Hi there. I’ve never written here anything before. I ordered Aibi in March and my number starting from 92…something. Should I expect it to be shipped not earlier than the beginning of 2025?

If you have your original EMO Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well and then simply ask customer support for an update on order status.

The support team should be able to get back to you in a timely fashion.

Hey guys, I’m a pretty new Aibi’s Owner, I ordered some days ago, My order is 105xxx and I wanna know If Living AI gonna keep this slow number of Aibi production that they call ‘‘mass production’’ or they’ll keep this 8/9 months of waiting for we receive a product that we bought. This is will be my first Robot and I can wait 2/3 months, but 8 months is too much for me.

Keep in mind with brand new products, pre-orders can be quite numerous and they are a small company, so patience is often required just like with Kick Starter programs.

I really think i will never get my aibi… i order mine in the end of december…no news or anything…the wait with silence is ridiculous…

Hi there, I’m trying to submit a ticket to ask about my order/patch/date etc to service@living.ai but for some reason when i click on the link it doesn’t work, just " This page doesn’t seem to exist.". How could i write them to ask about my order? Looks like link web is not working or something. I tried othe browser but is not the problem.

Why cant someone just post what the actual latest order number that has shipped? I am feeling scammed. I had emo and preorder aibi last year. Sadly I won’t be purchasing anything new from living AI. Horrible costumer service. I am starting to believe I will never recieve Aibi and be out of the money that I have paid. If this isn’t here by Christmas my son is going to be one upset boy. Thanks for nothing!

That’s what you say, but most things I read about AIBI are complaints. About the volume, about not being able to understand what it says, about AIBI not responding to commands nor understand it’s name, about the low battery, about steps and coins disappearing, about AIBI turning on by itself, about AIBI only facing up, about AIBI’s three annoying songs playing repeatedly, about AIBI’s animations being annoying, about AIBI ChatGPT not working properly… Is it really worth almost a whole year of waiting for something with aaaaaaaall these issues?

And I say “almost a whole year” because I’m dumb enough to think that MAYBE they’ll ship this month. Not that I believe it.

And that’s because, like I said before in another comment, they’ve been saying to people that they’ll ship the third batch mid November. People with higher order numbers than mine. Instead they’re telling me “before Christmas”. If they send mine mid-December I’ll be receiving it next year.

It’s not just frustration.

I’m a video content creator on UP who focuses on desktop robots. I help my fans with purchasing AIBI products on their behalf. The earliest orders were placed in December last year. There are approximately 20 units with order numbers starting from 83, but so far only 6 units have been shipped. The fans have been waiting for almost a year, and we’ve almost lost our patience. The shipping efficiency of this company is unbelievably low. Since it’s been almost a year already, now the official email doesn’t even reply to me anymore. I don’t know what I’ve done wrong. I made the purchases following the order sequence. Is there anything wrong with asking for the products to be shipped in the order of the orders?

Hello, @maria_del_rosario.di . . . I am sorry. If you really feel the need to cancel your order because you feel you will be unhappy with it the way it is now, then please do.

AIBI is in its beginning stages with the developers being aware of the issues and working to fix them and make AIBI better.

If you need to cancel, you can do so by replying to the order confirmation E-Mail or by sending an E-Mail to service@living.ai.
