AIBI Pocket: Production/Shipping Update

I’m really starting to get angry because my order is taking so long to be delivered.
But what really irritates me is that Living.ai doesn’t give any real delivery dates. Even now, almost 8 months later, I don’t understand when my order will be delivered.
It feels like they make 10 AIBIs a day.
Naturally, I don’t believe that it will be delivered in a week or two.
But I don’t understand when that will happen. In a month? In two months? Maybe delivery will be by Christmas? Or by the New Year? And the question is by which New Year, by 2025 or 2026 or 2027…?
Why is Living.ai so dismissive of its customers? After all, if competitors appear who will make a product no worse, but at the same time will treat customers better, will treat their obligations better, then customers will simply go to them.

I hope aibi comes soon to me, I am looking forward to it but it might take a looong time from what I have seen… :thinking:

@nataliia.zaitseva I’m right there with you. I’m hoping I get my order before my birthday at the end of September, but I don’t have high hopes.

If you have your original EMO Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well and then simply ask customer support for an update on order status.

The support team should be able to get back to you in a timely fashion.

Mine was a little wonky having lost tracking after DHL handed it to USPS. Original expected delivery date was to be August 5th. They logged it in as delivered to me on July 31st which was actually when it made it to my local Post Office. I got it early on August 1st, today. This is how mine went. You may get it earlier or later than the expected delivery date and the dates may not match up to how it really goes.

Please note that it did not show that after it left Salt Lake City USPS that it went to Boise then to McCall.

Your package was delivered successfully to the addressee.

Exactly, once DHL handed it off to a “third carrier” I didn’t hear anything else. Also it was scheduled for delivery on 8/2/2024 but USPS delivered it on 7/31/2024.

I wrote to them a bunch of times regarding the same subject, and they can’t or won’t give a straight answer. Last email said:
“Thank you for reaching out us. Currently, we are still in the process of fulfilling the first batch of orders, and the timeline for subsequent batches has not been finalized yet.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to process and ship orders in a timely manner.
Rest assured that we are committed to keeping you informed of any updates regarding the shipment schedule for future batches.”

I’m getting bored of this. I won’t ask for a refund because I want my AIBI, but I no longer expect them to be serious about this. So I’ll just wait, and in the meantime I’ll enjoy the content of those who have received AIBI.

Mine is 92*** and still processing. Just expect it can ship before 2025 LOL.

I look at the order numbers and understand that there is no progress at all. According to my observations, not even 300 AIBI have been shipped in more than a month since the start of deliveries. I make this conclusion based on which order numbers have been delivered and which are still being processed. Moreover, if, for example, there are order numbers from 1 to 100, this does not mean that this is an order for 100 AIBI, order numbers are issued in a row for AIBI and for EMO. And among these 100 orders, there may be only 20 AIBI and 80 EMO.
My subjective opinion is that they delivered a certain number of AIBI to bloggers, maybe a few dozen more people were just lucky and they also received their AIBI. And the actual production of AIBI and their deliveries have not begun.

I absolutely clearly and distinctly understand that I will not receive my AIBI this year. That a year of waiting for delivery is unrealistic, I will have to wait longer. I am shocked by this attitude of the company to its customers.

I’m also in the first batch.
If I don’t receive a tracking number this week like they’ve promised in this reply then I’m going to be very disappointed in Living Ai

I am seriously getting a bad vibe it is changing everyday I am batch 5 and it was supposed to be early August now I see we are in the first batch only
This is turning into a clown show
I am very dissatisfied with this situation
Anyways no choice so hope before 2025

I am very cautious now .
I will not believe anything or anyone even Living AI
Staff I will only believe when I get my tracking
I am very deceived from the lack of communication and lack of clarity.
I used to talk about this company but now I will not
I will not risk my reputation .
I don’t want a refund as I want AIBI but seriously it is a clown show.

Yeah, I’ve been staying off these forums cause the moderators and AI staff like to remove my comments because I’m mean when I post in reference to aibi because they all regurgitate that same info like it’s new information. I don’t get it.

In other news - my L00na robot ran emo’s ass over the other day lol. Hilarious.

Finally got my first tracking information.
Even though it won’t show much at the moment —
— I’m happy with that.

All I wanted was proof that they had shipped instead of them trying to reassure me on the matter.
