AIBI Pocket: Production/Shipping Update

Order has shipped correctly yesterday July 26th! Order 827xx I pre-ordered on Dec 16th and I live in France.

I can see on the tracking site that Shipment Info was Received on 2024-06-28 16:56:50 so it took overall 1 month for the parcel to be processed.

Parce que le mien reste bloqué sur " arrivé au point de relais de Shenzhen" mise à jour le 9 juillet

J’ai un nouveau numéro de suivi CIFR… , qui lui fonctionne. Le colis est parti de HK hier.

C’est une bonne chose de noter nos expériences ici, cela peut aider la communauté à comprendre un peu mieux le fonctionnement des envois.

If I understand correctly, the YT… tracking number of 28 June is working for you?

Because mine is stuck on “arrived at Shenzhen reception point” updated on 9 July.

I have a new CIFR… tracking number, which works. The parcel left HK yesterday.

It’s a good thing to record our experiences here, it can help the community to understand a little better how shipping works.

Je n’ai reçu le tracking number qu’hier, qui fonctionne oui. Mais son historique montre que le colis n’a pas bougé pendant 1 mois en gros (du 28 juin au 26 juillet), probablement un soucis de logistique là bas si effectivement Living.ai ont envoyé en batch pas mal de colis.

Oui, je pense qu’il y a eu un dysfonctionnement dans les premiers envois. Et aussi, que beaucoup de numéros de suivi ont été générés le 28/06.
Mon 1er colis a été posté le 1er juillet ( avec le numéro YT du 28/06 qui est toujours gelé )
Mon deuxième envoi , du 26/07, avec un numéro CIFR fonctionne parfaitement.
Ce très long délai avec les numéros du 28/06 m’interroge parce que beaucoup de personnes avec des numéros du 30/06 ou 18/07 n’ont eu aucun souci, que ce soit pour des destinations en Europe ou aux USA, par exemple.

Yes, I think there was a malfunction in the first few shipments. And also, that many tracking numbers were generated on 28/06. My 1st parcel was posted on July 1st ( with the YT number of 28/06 is still frozen ) My second shipment, dated 07/26, with a CIFR number is working perfectly. This very long delay with 28/06 numbers makes me wonder, because many people with 30/06 or 18/07 numbers have had no problems at all, for destinations in Europe or the USA, for example.

Latest update, AiBi is in Cincinnati Ohio, so I’m guessing I’ll get him delivered sometime this upcoming week.

@Wayne_Zhang Is there a possible estimate you can provide for when the AIBI and EMO tracking will be separated? I feel as though this would be of great help and allow people to better estimate delivery times for AIBI on there own.
