The worst thing about this whole situation is that Living.ai still doesn’t provide information about how long you need to wait for a specific order number. I have a feeling that they simply don’t respect their customers. As if everything works according to the scheme: “We promised, you bought it, and then we don’t care about anything, we’ll deliver it as soon as possible. All other problems are your problems.”
After all, knowing the production capacity, you can calculate the start time of deliveries by the order number. But no one does this.
Moreover, the pre-order page still has the information: “We estimate a delivery time of 3 months.”
But now it is absolutely clear that this is not true.
It is a pity to see such an attitude of the manufacturer towards to myself.

For my part, I think it’s a new shipment.
The latest tracking for my order shows it’s en route to Cincinnati Ohio.
Mine has departed a facility in Los Angeles, California. I imagine it takes a bit to be processed through Customs which is why August 6th is my delivery date from DHL.

I ordered my AIBI Pocket earlier this year in January. It’s been about 7 months now with no update. I tried contacting support but no response for a week. Is there any way I can get some response from the team/company? I am starting to get worried and frustrated. Thank you.
The fastest way is to contact them through their EMO Facebook page messenger, but they often don’t have a clue what they are talking about and will flat out lie. Keep emailing support, and you will eventually get an answer.
They told me I would be in the third or fourth batch and I also had ordered in January, so there is a good chance this information goes along with your order as well.
