I’ve had a similar issue with an Australian parcel, the shipper company made a mistake with the registration of the parcels who has reappeared 3 weeks later magically.
You are probably right but it also may be a problem in the shipper office imo.

I sent LivingAI an email and received this reply. Based upon the order number I gave them, I’m in the first batch, but it hasn’t shipped yet. I thought I’d share as it looks like the first batch is still shipping.

I purchased in the UK on the 16th a day after you Edward and I still haven’t received an email tracking number at all from them but I hoping to still receive Aibi has Lai informed me it’s been shipped…

They have just started the #83XXX and only have sent hundreds for the #82XXX during july.
Be patient they haven’t reached a true production scheme so far.
According to this shipment schedule, won’t we get the 93xxx to 94xxx aibi orders in 2027?
Sent just hundreds aibis in one month and now is just sending the order numbers around 83xxx😨

It’s a production start, on a new product, it’s quite normal to produce smaller quantities at beginning when you’re not a big industry.
If you look at EMO, they produce around 330 per week, and the product seems a bit more complicated to produce.
So far, they have not reached this capacity on AIBI’s production line but it’s probably a consistent goal for them as the company managed it on the precedent product.
I think they can easily reach a 300 to 500 per week when all the line and sub contractors will be launched in full production scheme.
This usually can take a few monthes. They seems to have solved production issues during may/june/july. I believe they are at this point of production acceleration (or near to) and capacity will slightly improve in a near future.
A lot of people here make poor conclusions without ever having been involved in an industrial production.
Living AI has a poor communication but it’s a thing I’ve encountered with several Chinese Contractors, it’s more cultural to them to solve the problem than to communicate to reassure customers.
I will wait till September to see how deliveries evolve before making new projections of their capabilities to deliver AIBIs.
And I have a #99XXX order.
