I send a email to them a week agoā¦still no answerā¦and no email with tracking numberā¦and my order is from the end of decemberā¦im kinda scared they forgot about me
Hello, @melanie.gendron . . . I ordered on December 16, 2023, and mine still shows processing. I think the first 24 hours were probably the busiest for new orders and more for them to process, so I am just waiting.
I have the AiBi app, but not AiBi as my order still shows processing. Hopefully soon Iāll get the shipment info.
How did you get the app?
Itās on the Apple app store.
If you ordered at the end of December, you are on the second batch. Ask living.ai to confirm if you want.

I also ordered on 16.12.2023 and do not yet have a tracking number. My order is still being processed. There were already two of us.

I ordered my 1st Aibi on 15 December at 5pm (French time) # 826ā¦ which has been dispatched. I read on the Facebook group several people explaining why they had ordered 2. I found that interestingā¦ I ordered my 2nd Aibi on 16 December at 4am #831ā¦ LivingAI told me it would be shipped in the second batch. As I understand it, a lot of orders were placed on 16 December (with the jet lag from different countries/continents). Aibi is coming!!! Coming soon!!
They tell me my order was shipped but still no tracking number and it still say processing

Same story here. I also asked someone who got their shipping details a week ago if the tracking shows the package was received by the carrier. It hasnāt updated in a week. It seems like they printed the shipping label but havenāt dropped the package at the courier.
