Hello, @agustin.gamero_delga . . . we are awaiting clarification from Living AI staff on what the timeline might be for each shipping batch. When we get that, we will pass that along here.
The pre-order batch of thousands was told to us to include the mystery gifts. Keep in mind that the order numbers also include EMO orders, so the numbers ahead of you are not all AIBI orders.
Hi @Lindaru Yeah, i’m aware of order’s counter are Emo and Aibi’s mix. Honestly, i’m not in a hurry, i think it’s a good news they start shipping Aibis, so i’ll be there for him/her it was a joke the “eternal” wait because i read all of you with orders like 82xxx, 84xxx and mine is 97 (almost 98 actually) and i assume people like you who ordered it on December compare to me (June)… but it’s ok
About Mystery gift the same. I’m aware LivingAI was talking about only Aibi’s orders and we don’t know exactly how many of them were preordered. That is what i said “i hope my order includes mystery gift”, because they opened preorders on Dicember, i did mine on June, and thousands could includes mine too but obviously i have no idea if my batch is in those thousands, i would like to belive that it is but who knows
For anyone wondering, you CAN contact Living.ai to ask for batch, estimated delivery times, ans if you will be receiving the Pre-Order Gifts.
My order number starts with #965** and is confirmed to be in the 5th Batch courtesy of Living.ai’s response to me a few days ago
They stated in the same response that I can expect mine to ship sometime within the next 2 months and could even ship earlier which I dont expect. Hope this info helps your guys estimates for shipping and final delivery times.
I’ve been waiting for the shipment for seven months now. I don’t quite understand why you should ask the company when delivery will be. During these seven months, a bunch of shipping start dates were announced. The last was the assurance that deliveries would begin 100% by the end of June.
Personally, I’m just tired of asking questions. In my opinion, I did not receive honest answers.
So I’m just waiting. The mood on this matter has not been very good for a long time.

OMG, I have no words… I remember half a year ago I was thinking about whether to pre-order or not, but it turned out that the jack would have been quite expensive, and I could not know all the functions of AIBI

I contacted with Living AI just for curiosity about my batch and is 5th (preorder on June 4th). I asked them about Pre-Order Gift too but only respond batch question so i have no idea how many “thousands” of Aibis are included on it, just wait and see when they send mine i guess.
I am alao in the 5th batch (Confirmed by Living.ai with my order number being #965**) and they confirmed with me that I AM receiving Pre-Order gifts along with anyone that PRE-ORDERD. So you SHOULD receive them aswell!!
