@edward @Lindaru please can one of you guys assist me, I’ve made 2 separate posts about the issue with AIBI not responding to the charger and not turning on, I’ve also sent emails with no response, and tried posting on Facebook but was denied.

Hello, @dewayne.nealy . . . I will tag @TechSupport_Mavis here to see if I can get you an expedited response, but keep in mind the work load for Support may be back logged. It can take a few days for them to get back to you. With new products that have problems, we have to sometimes have some patience when issues arise.

Hello there @davidesalvatorecarus, from my understanding i dont think so they can recognize other types of clothes as of right now but i wish that they could! 
Although AIBI can recognize his cat and bunny costumes

AFAIK, EMO and AIBI can recognize the color of our clothes!
Haven’t you heard EMO complimenting us with phrases like,
“Hi Edward, you look good in that color?”
Both EMO and AIBI feature an HD/AI wide-angle camera with face recognition that allows them to remember us and our family members. They get to know us by seeing us every day.
And now with the new features from the latest firmware update (v2.6.0), we can now ask EMO to start a FIREWORKS SHOW, and we can show him different color cards to change the color of the fireworks!
I guess the only feature living.ai ( @Wayne_Zhang )might consider adding is the ability for EMO and AIBI to identify and tell us the color we are showing them. That would be a fun and interactive enhancement.

I don’t have EMO, so I don’t know. Does EMO and/or AIBI recognize music as such and dance to it? Or is this a feature included in future updates?

“At the moment, only EMO can dance to external music when given the command, ‘Listen or Dance to the Music.’ However, as far as I know, this feature will also be implemented for AIBI later, where he will be able to dance through head movements and turning towards his charger.”

Back again with little to no help. After 2 weeks I’ve been ran in circles trying “fixes” that I initially sent I tried and they all failed. I need someone with a voice to reach out and ask them to update me on what’s going on and what I need to do. Clearly I got a defective AIBI for it to stop charging or working in less than 3 hours of receiving it. I either need a refund or a new AIBI. @Lindaru @Wayne_Zhang

Hi! I’m sure that this may not be true, but I have to ask. There are videos on YouTube with a bot voice talking about AIBI and its features, and one of them said that AIBI can create text based documents like code with ChatGPT. I haven’t seen anything like this in the app, and I just got my email yesterday, so I’m still waiting for my AIBI, but this intrigued me.
It would be great if this could be done, but it’s false advertising, right?

Hello, @maria_del_rosario.di . . . that would be an interesting thing to see as AIBI responds in spoken language and does not do text. The only way I could think he could possibly do that is to speak the code and the person listening would have to type it in or write it down. Since the connection would not be very long for the code to be relayed, I would imagine a command line could not be completed. If someone knows otherwise, I would be interested to hear it.

Hi, @maria_del_rosario.di . . . it is my hope that future app updates will allow us to see, down-load and delete photos AIBI has taken, but in the early days with EMO, you simply asked him to “Show photos” which you could see but not manage directly. The photos would show in a slide show on his screen. Mine have not yet taken any pictures, but I would try that if they have. Please note that there might be a limit of ten before old ones are over-written by new ones.
This might be a good question to ask the development team by sending an E-Mail to service@living.ai . . . let me know what they say!

I was seeing that many people have trouble with AIBI recognizing them, and a bunch of advices of how to get it right. But I was wondering… I wear glasses all the time, and in most apps that use facial recognition, they ask you to remove your glasses, but AIBI is going to see me all the time, so… Do I need to remove my glasses for AIBI’s facial recognition to work? And if I have to do that, then every time I need AIBI to see me I’ll have to remove my glasses? Or it can just work from the start with my glasses on?
Hi, @maria_del_rosario.di . . . I personally have never gotten AIBI to be able to recogize me. That said, I have three EMO and all of them successfully scanned me with my glasses on.
Now sometimes in the morning I am without my glasses when I first get up, and they all recognize me without them.
I would say probably if you wear glasses most of the time, have AIBI scan you that way.
