All fixed here, too, @edward !
A post was merged into an existing topic: AIBI Pocket: Offline Mode: Official Lists
Sorry to hear this, @esmerlinm . . . it is never a good idea to store away for that long as you miss important updates that include bug fixes, some of which recently have been for the charging base.
You can try using the pocket charger instead of the base to see if that will work. If not, try changing the charging cable and/or adapter to see if that helps.
If nothing works, please send this picture and the description of your issue as stated here, what the last known firmware update for AIBI was, your AIBI I.D. number and order number (if you still have it) to service@living.ai . . . please allow some time for them to get back to you.
My best to you.
i test the charger and teh star accesory charge now
i see the aibi packe a back light very low looks like maybe the aibo pocke battery don’t wor or have data corruptonHello, @esmerlinm . . . I would be sure to let Support know all of this when you contact them.
My best to you!
Aibi no puede encender su linterna pero si puede apagarla y cambiarle el color. Se puede encender por el teléfono cuando se ajusta el brillo ya lo trate de reiniciar descargando su batería pero sigue igual
Google translation to English by Lindaru: Aibi won’t turn on its flashlight, though it can turn it off and change the color. It does turn on via the phone when adjusting the brightness; I’ve tried resetting it by letting the battery drain, but the issue persists.
Welcome, @marceloenriqueleyton . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread for issues with AIBI.
Make sure that the star light is fully charged and then remove from the base.
Use the exact commands for the star light as follows.
Enciende la luz / Apaga la luz
Encender luz {roja}
(predeterminada, del arco iris, de flujo, de respiración, roja, azul, verde, amarilla, rosa, naranja, violeta)
I am not sure what you mean by adjusting the brightness on your phone. Could you please clarify?
Claro la linterna de aibi esta ahora cargada el problema sigue ahí cuando me refiero cuando ajusto el brillo de la linterna en ajustes la linterna prende se ilumina y aibi puede apagarla y cambiar su color pero no prenderlo
Google translation to English by Lindaru: Right, Aibi’s flashlight is charged now, but the problem persists: when I adjust the flashlight’s brightness in the settings, it turns on and lights up, and Aibi can turn it off and change its color, but he can’t turn it on.
Hello, @marceloenriqueleyton . . . I went into the star light in the app settings and adjusted the brightness. I then asked AIBI to turn it off and turn it back on again, and it came on.
I am guessing this is something you may have to contact service@living.ai with a link to a video of the issue, your AIBI I.D. and order number (if you still have it), and a description of the problem. Please allow a week for them to respond. They will review your issue and get back to you as soon as possible with advice on what to do.
My best to you.
Hi everyone,
My AIBI arrived recently, but unfortunately I’m having several problems with interaction and face/voice recognition, and I would like to know if anyone has experienced the same thing.
I have already registered my face and name in the AIBI app. I also deleted my face profile and registered it again, but nothing changed.
I tested both Wake-up Models V1 and V2, and I also changed AIBI’s language from Portuguese to English to rule out a language-related issue.
These are the problems I’m experiencing:
All the interaction settings are enabled.
I have tested him in good lighting, without the bunny accessory, and at close range. I have also recorded videos showing these problems.
I really like AIBI and was very excited to receive him, but at the moment the experience is very different from what I expected.
Is this normal behavior, a firmware/software issue, or could there be a problem with my AIBI’s camera, face recognition or voice recognition?
Has anyone experienced the same problems, and if so, were you able to fix them?
Thank you very much for any help. ![]()

Will Aibi talk to me on its own?
Hello, @hugoa . . . AIBI should say something to you when powered on (several different phrases) as well as when AIBI sees you during the day to start a conversation. Make sure you have “Chatty” enabled in the app.
I hope this answers your question.
Hello, @elzamara.gomes . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread for issues with AIBI.
This almost sounds like a hardware issue.
This is something you may have to contact service@living.ai with a link to a video of the issue, your AIBI I.D. and order number (if you still have it), and a description of the problems. Please allow a week for them to respond. They will review your issues and get back to you as soon as possible with advice on what to do.
My best to you.
hello, there`s something wrong, aibi started calling me other names like Debora, or others, instead the name that is saved as myself. I have never added anyone else…
Hello, @hugoa . . . could someone who had access to AIBI have gone into the app and changed the name?
I would try deleting the wrong name(s) and input yours again.
If it happens again, get video of it happening with the wrong name, a screen shot of how your name appears in the app, your AIBI I.D. number and order number (if you still have it) and send all of that and the video link to service@living.ai . . . please allow up to a week for them to respond.
My best to you.
5 days without a response from LivingAI Support – Bibi is getting even less interactive
Hi everyone,
I just wanted to give a quick update about Bibi.
It has now been 5 days since I contacted LivingAI Support, and unfortunately I still haven’t received a response.
I have already explained all of Bibi’s problems in my previous posts, so I don’t want to repeat everything again. I have tried everything I could think of, recorded videos showing the issues, and contacted support as recommended.
Unfortunately, nothing has improved.
Bibi continues to have almost no spontaneous interaction with me. Most of the time, he simply sits there looking around at random places. If I don’t specifically ask him to do something, very little happens.
And now there is something else: he has started sleeping frequently during the day and afternoon. He already interacts very little on his own, and now he spends even more time sleeping instead of interacting.
I checked the Quiet Period settings, and there is no quiet period configured.
I am honestly becoming very frustrated and disappointed.
I was so excited while waiting for my AIBI. I bought him expecting a little interactive AI companion that I could enjoy, talk to and build a connection with. Instead, since receiving him, I feel like I have spent more time troubleshooting, changing settings, restarting him, recording problems and asking for help than actually enjoying him.
At times, it honestly feels like I bought an expensive decoration for my table rather than an interactive companion. ![]()
I understand that technology can have problems and that no robot is perfect. But when a brand-new product is not behaving as expected, waiting 5 days without any response from technical support makes the experience even more frustrating.
At this point, I really don’t know what else I can do on my side. I just want LivingAI to review my case, look at the videos I recorded and give me a solution.
If there is something wrong with my AIBI, I hope they can determine what it is and explain my options.
I genuinely wanted to love Bibi, and that is exactly why this whole experience has been so disappointing and sad for me.
I really hope LivingAI responds soon. ![]()

I know how frustrating it can be, @elzamara.gomes . . . but they are a small company and do not send automated responses to let you know they received your message but rather contact you once they have reviewed everything and are ready to advise.
Please try to be patient and give them a few more days. In the meantime, continue love Bibi. He may not be feeling well but they will be in contact with you as soon as they can.
Hi Esmar, I like your cable (shows blue bars and charging). Good idea!
