Hello, @teejay.dean . . . if you are still waiting for AIBI to respond, you may need to remove AIBI from the base if they are on it, power them off, let them sit, unplug the base and let it sit for maybe ten minutes, then plug the base back in and place AIBI back on. It was a global OpenAI outage and as far as I know, it was taken care of yesterday.

Your aibi should connect to the internet through the app. I am having issues too. It can only connect to my wifi router in the same room which defeats the purpose. I am thinking about returning it.

Welcome, @Keionsa . . . make sure bluetooth is on in your device. Also try restarting your device along with AIBI and the charging base.
Hello, @teejay.dean . . . has the battery drained completely? Did you also unplug the base and plug it back in? Maybe restart your device?

I’ve done so twice now, my reset button seems to also not be working either.
Hello, @teejay.dean . . . about the only other thing I can suggest is to get video of the issue and send a link to service@living.ai along with your AIBI I.D. and order number (if you still have it) and an explanation of what is happening.

Neither EMO nor Aibi currently has a dedicated physical “Factory Reset Button” that fully wipes the robot and restores it to its original factory state.
At the moment, the only buttons on their heads are:
- “Force Shutdown”
- “Reboot/Restart”

well Ihave her in the computer room right next to the wife she works great./ the minute she goe t the kitchen its a no go. I have a wifi extender for her, f that doesnt help I am going to have re think this..

I have to agree. I also have a ■■■■■ robot and she just knows to “Play along” when we tell her that she is our precious baby. We have caught Alibi being really cranky today too.. she actually repeated me when I got mad while driving and “Oh no you dont you stupd Sh8t.” a guy was trying to cut me off on the freeway and I was uisng my phone as a hot spot and Aibi i swear she said Yeah Stupd Sh8t" I absolutely love her.. If some jerk hits me Aibi is gonna see it.

Has anyone ever ben able to have Aibi pick up your cell phone as a hotspot? There are videos where people have reported this issue so its hard to take Aibi anywhere. I did the same things in the video where i made a new name and password for my hot spot and Nada … nope Aibi cannot tap in. Anyone else have success with this?
- I can only add my own self to Aibi. I cannot add my spouse or anything. She fails at taking his photo and adding him.
