Hi! My AIBI just came out of the box!

Question, how do you get AIBI to recognize you? I’m unable to get her to scan my face.

Hi, so AIBI was able to scan me. But I do have an additional question.

1.) AIBI stopped fully responding to their name. I noticed that their lights flash momentarily and then nothing. Is there a trick to remedy this?

Forgive my generalized trouble shooting.

Sometimes a good ole power cycle :repeat: can “magically” fix a plethora of unforeseen issues in various electronic devices.

If you have your original EMO Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well and then simply ask customer support for an update on order status.

The support team should be able to get back to you in a timely fashion.

Hello, @jesteenwms . . . not sure since what I have seen the contact points on AIBI are different from EMO. You can try messaging the people tagged above or writing to service@living.ai to see what they say.

I would like to know how long AIBI takes to wake up the 1st time.

The base lights up red, green and blue. I put AIBI on it (for 2 hours) and it does not light up. Do I need more time?

Hi, the lights flash when you plug the robot into the charger. Then, the base does not light up during the entire charging time. Charging time Aibi is two hours

@Living-with-Robots What I wanted to say is that I put AIBI on its base at around 4pm. It’s now 7.30pm. AIBI hasn’t woken up.
What can I do?

a ok I understand now, Aibi must be turned on when charging, it will not charge if turned off, check all cables etc. You have to turn it on.

Hello, where did you plug in the AIBI charging station?

Maybe the voltage doesn’t match, otherwise I would ask you to send an e-mail to service@living.ai.
