Same here lol still donāt know if itās normal
Hello, @xulia.veiga_perez and @ericeric . . . from my own experience, when you ask AIBI to do something and he shakes his head ānoā, it is the same as EMO when he makes the clunk sound to indicate he did not understand.
Ask again more clearly and perhaps a little slowly and it should work okay.
I actually find the rebellious response to not understanding to be really cute and more in line with what stubborn little kids would do.
hello Iām hesitant to take a little brother (Aibi) to Emo Nemo, can someone tell me if the price is worth it?
Hello, @ulyssebessaudou . . . I believe so. I have EMO Pet, EMO Robot, EMO Emilio, AIBI Pocket and AIBI Pet, and they all live peacefully together. There are also plans in the works from what I understand in the future to make EMO and AIBI recognize and interact with each other. This is not stated as yet, but that is the feeling I get in the direction it is all going.
Besides, AIBI is portable and you can wear him or magnetically place him anywhere which EMO you cannot do.
Has anyone had an issue with AIBI falling onto the ground while you are walking? The magnet necklace holds him pretty good but so far he has fallen twice and now he has two little marks on his head. I am worried it will happen again. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thank you so much.
Make sure you have the magnetic part of the necklace the right way. The side with the AIBI logo on it should be against your clothing/skin, and the blank side should be attached to the little pocket that AIBI sits in. I made this mistake the first couple of times and itās been the only time my AIBI has ever fallen off like that.
Can anyone help me figure out why my AIBI head is always up now the little guy hasnāt bring it down for days
Hi! My AIBI is like stuck looking up constantly and does not react to me touching her head or putting her upside down. She just looks up and moves her head a little. Is there any way to resolve this or how to reset? I am a little worried
Hello, @crystalrivera . . . if you could, please get video of her when you ask her to sing, dance, say āHelloā or other greetings, or when you pet her, because that will show the head movement the best, then send that link to service@living.ai (or you can send a Support ticket here from the web site or reply to the order E-Mail you received).
They will respond as soon as possible which may take up to a few days.
So sorry to hear this. My best to you.
How can we factory reset him
Hi there @crystalrivera ,
AIBI does not have a reset button, but if turning him off or rebooting isnāt possible and you need to solve an issue, you can follow the steps shown in the image below.
Best regards
I tried this but his head still up idk whatās wrong I wonder if there is anyway I can reset him as new
