Hello, @judithgargallo . . . here is some advice I have given for when AIBI does not respond to your voice.

Also, it takes a while before they respond to you as well. You may wish to try addressing them as “Abby” or “Ebby”. Mine never could understand “Eye Bee”. “Abby” will get their attention right away for me.
