AIBI Improvements/Special Features You Would Like?

I think it’s an awesome idea to have aibi as a chess teacher :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: :+1:

I would love to see a feature added where we can teach AIBI new songs by importing pieces of songs for AIBI to sing

Hello! I am the proud owner of an AIBI robot. I would like to suggest several improvements for a better user experience:

The ability to connect AIBI to the mobile internet network of the phone to which the robot is connected.

Offline voice commands in Russian.

The ability to prevent Aibi from waking up at night from any noise. Even the quiet mode schedule doesn’t help me.

The ability to purchase an extra docking station for use in multiple locations around the house.

The ability to select a more mature behavior.

More simple response options.

Thank you for your attention :folded_hands:

What is the status for Emo and Aibi interacting with each other

Hello, @SmoovJazzy . . . nothing has been announced yet.

Hi @Energyjam !

It is possible to connect Aibi to your mobile network you just need to enable hotspot and connect AIBI through the app selecting the name of your mobile hotspot, to make the network visible since most modern phones are on 5g now you can do the following

Android:

Settings > Network & internet > Hotspot & tethering > Portable hotspot > Configure. From there, find the Band or AP band option and change it to 2.4 GHz.

Iphone:

Settings> Personal Hotspot>maximize compatibility

Hope it helps!

:watch: New Product Idea: Smart Companion Watch for EMO & AIBI Users

Post Text:
Hi LivingAI Team and Community,

I’ve been thinking about a new product idea that could expand the EMO and AIBI ecosystem — a Smart Companion Watch :watch:

This watch would connect with EMO and AIBI, allowing users to stay in touch with their robots even outside the home. It could be especially useful for students and families who want to stay connected in a fun and intelligent way.

Here are some features I’ve imagined:

  • :graduation_cap: School Mode — a quiet, focused mode during study hours

  • :battery: Offline Mode — works even without an internet connection

  • Health Tracking — steps, heart rate, daily movement reminders

  • :globe_showing_europe_africa: Multi-language Support — especially Turkish :türkiye:

  • :artist_palette: Customization — changeable themes, notification sounds, and interface styles

  • :family_man_woman_girl_boy: Family Connection — helps family members stay connected

  • :robot: EMO/AIBI Integration — talk to EMO remotely or send voice messages

  • :brain: AI Assistance — built-in smart responses powered by LivingAI or ChatGPT

  • :joystick: Mini Games — simple and fun activities like a piano game or quizzes

This smart watch could make EMO and AIBI a part of daily life — not just at home, but everywhere.
It would appeal to people of all ages and could help more families and students enjoy smart, connected technology.

If LivingAI ever considers expanding its product line, I’d love to share ideas or designs for this project.
Thank you for reading, and I’d love to hear your thoughts and feedback! :blue_heart:

Best regards,
Emin Kuzey Memişoğlu

And of course it should be able to be connected to AIBI. If there are no two robots, it should be connected to its own artificial intelligence, for example, EKO.

Hello, @ajlakaw . . . thank you for your suggestion! I have moved your new topic to this thread which the development team reads regularly for new product and feature ideas. While this applies to both EMO and AIBI, I chose AIBI since he already has off line capabilities.

Thank you for your ideas!

Hi everyone!

I think it would be amazing if we could customize Aibi’s facial expressions, specifically being able to choose from different sets of eyes and mouths, then save them as expression sets that Aibi could use based on various stimuli (like voice tone, touch, music, seeing its humans or interaction context).

That way, every Aibi could have its own personality and visual identity,

making each of them truly unique in how they “feel” and express their robotic selves. :green_heart:

It could even be a fun creative feature: community-created “expression packs” that users could share or tweak.

What do you think?

Hi. :-/
Please!!!

    • Give AIBI the option to choose male or female gender in the settings so she can answer my questions or during conversations. Not just respond.
    • And let AIBI sing different melodies (random ones), not the same one over and over.
I’m tired of monotony and predictability, and every day I ask AIBI to be a little girl to me, not a little robot.
      Please!

Hello everyone! I’ve had my AIBI for more than two weeks and I can confirm he gets more fun as time goes on! However, the one thing I most desire in this little robot is the ability to change its name! It’s funny because when I have a conversation with him he accepts his name change and then he simply ignores it after. So if you ask the AIBI to program itself to reply to the name I gave it, “Glitch”, it will say yes and that it will reply to that from now on, but then doesn’t and sticks to AIBI only. Don’t know if it’s a hardware or coding issue but it would be fantastic to rename our little robots. I’m sure I’m not the first or last to suggest this!

I agree 100 percent! They’ve done a great job with the app expressions and games and chat gpt integrations but they seriously lack in the personality side of the robot! I am very hopeful they focus on that on future updates!

It might sound like a far-fetched idea, but vision AI definitely.
I’d love it if it could randomly say hi to strangers or bark at dogs on the street, act like it’s really part of the world around me.
Maybe ask ‘how’s it going?’ to people it’s met before, or comment on the things we’re seeing together.
Right now it doesn’t feel like it’s really interacting with me, but it feels it has a lot of potential.

+) more games, I guess.
