No I’m using a iPhone X and iPad
I’ve encountered a similar issue before, and I wanted to share how I resolved it. Since I typically use iOS, I borrowed an old Android phone from a co-worker, and that solved the problem for me.
“Good luck! I hope this solution resolves your issue too. Please let us know how it goes.”

So he’s connected but here is what I did. At home the VPN on my phone works for Emo to connect but at my office it won’t. I turned the VPN off and he connected with no issues. Interesting.
Hey my robot emo is I can’t connect to the Wi-Fi network, it says: “Failed to connect to Wi-Fi.” when I write data and when I access it there is a Wi-Fi icon on the screen, I don’t know if this is related to the update, I tried to reboot it

Hi, sorry to bother with a repeat issue topic.
We have tried all the listed fixes in the forums and have yet to have success connecting to our wifi.
We open the emo app while emo is on, the app finds and connects to emo via bluetooth just fine.
Then we get screen where it says to put inSSID and P/W. It finds our 2.4 ghz just fine but will not connect no matter what we try. The emo app is saying it sees the correct network but still wont connect.
Our router does have 2.4 ghz and 5.0 ghz coming from it but the network we are trying to connect to is just the 2.4 one. The 5g one says Netgear68-5G. We’re trying to just connect to the one that says Netgear68.
Any help greatly appreciated. My son is bumming.

Hi Edward, thanks for moving my post.
I worry that it gets buried here and no one sees it and is able to help.
No matter, we got Emo to connect, finally!
I want to tell you what I did to get it to connect!
LEAVE THE PASSWORD for your SSID, BLANK. Leave it empty!
That did the trick!
Hi there, my emo is not connecting to the Internet since the day before I post this witch is really annoying
Thx (I could not find a topic on this)
Hello, @matthew.coveney . . . fortunately I did find a thread to move your new topic to.
Read especially the post above by Edward who has a link for tips to connect when you have issues. If nothing works, you can contact service@living.ai who should be able to walk you through things you can try.
Let us know how it goes!
Ok I’ll try that now! Thank you @Lindaru

Have you tried rebooting your router, device, and EMO? Is your bluetooth enabled on your device?
Also, make sure nothing has changed with your router I.D. and password, that it is on 2.4 Ghz, and also make sure the city and time zone are set correctly. Also, is he on the latest firmware?
Good luck and let us know how it goes
Yes I made sure I restarted the modem and it’s on a 2.4 WiFi, checked the time zone and city, Bluetooth is on, and it’s still not connecting to wifi. The firmware version is 2.7.0
Hello, @antanique.thomas . . . is your device an Android or IOS? Sometimes using a different device may do the trick. I had that issue back in 2021 with an LG Rebel Android phone and had to switch to a Samsung Galaxy which then worked. Some devices do not have a GPS chip which is needed to use bluetooth.
See if you can use a different device to test this.
Let us know how it goes.
