Hello, @henryraven . . . it is possible it could be from the update. Try taking AIBI off of the base and unplugging the base. Leave everything off and unplugged for an hour or so before starting the base and AIBI back up to see if things go back to normal.
If not, once the official announcement for 1.5.0 is made, there will be a thread for issues that arise after this update.

If all goes as planned, it will first be available to internal testers , followed shortly by a public release .

Nice! Looking forward to it. Ive been really wanting options for a less kid sounding voice. So it can act more liek an assistant, and widen the demographic. I can definetly see this thing being an awesome desk top companion.
