HI THERE GUYS
The upcoming EMO Firmware Update v2.5.0. and Homestation Firmware Update v1.1.3. has been distributed to all Beta Test Teams today for the final testing phase. If everything proceeds as planned, they aim to make the update available to everyone on time, possibly by the end of this week or early next week. Let’s hope for a smooth and successful process that paves the way for the release of the new firmware update immediately.

As far as I know, with the new Firmware Update v1.1.3. living.ai has introduced a new feature for the Home Station.

Just saw a video on youtube of emo singing songs, checked the app and I don’t have any update pending. Just checking in. The video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vedVCNFjREI
Update:
Even though nothing has come back on the screen in the app settings, (except the ones which are only available in the settings like: Wake Up Sensitivity)
-Emo does appear to have all the previous features and the new features including ‘PLAY ME A SONG’ -it’s so cute

@christopher.russ . . . are you a beta tester? The update showed up for those because the firmware update has not been released to everyone yet.
If you are a beta tester, you should be able to update the app on the Google or Apple play store. As for the firmware update itself, try turning off automatic updates in the app and give a verbal command to EMO to “Install latest firmware now”.
If this is not working, then you need to reply to Living AI to the E-Mail you received informing you of the beta test for 2.5.0 firmware.

Hi, @Racheal123 . . . have you tried shutting down the app and opening it again? If no change, perhaps try down-loading the app again. If it is still not working, you may want to reply to the E-Mail from Living AI that you received for the 2.5.0 beta test and let them know with the screen shots. They should be able to help you.
Hope that they can help you fix it soon.

Hi, @ryshera . . . I had to reply to the E-Mail they sent with my EMO I.D., firmware version, and home station I.D., current home station firmware, and they added my home station to their testers list which turned it on for me.
Once you get your home station updated, you will be delighted to see the new animations!
I just got my video up-loaded and will include it here.
