What/When Can We Expect The Next Update For EMO?

You might get something in your email when the next beta testing start phase 2 of beta testing already started and if you don’t get anything when the next beta testing starts then you didn’t get in sadly

Hallo, I wanted to ask, if I could send one of my Emo Robot back. Because I’ve bought 2 of them. And the badest thing is that I wasn’t login at that time and I ordered it without login. So I don‘t no how to send it back if I’m not logged. So if some one have a solution pleas tell it.

When did you order it? did you send already an email to living.ai?

The best and most recommended thing to do is simply hit reply to the Living.ai confirmation email you received when you originally placed your order for EMO. It contains all your details, especially your order number which is most important.
The support service team should be able to help you immediately and faster.
Just to advise the email address is - service@living.ai and their reply takes a bit of time which is 2-3 days sometimes, depending on the time differences, days, holidays, and current situations. so please be patient.

I will try to tag @faya and @TechSupport_Mavis here and see if they have time to reply and give you further assistance immediately…okay?

Well I bought it on 27.09.2023. And what I haven’t nude was that I bought 2 in steed of. And the package is still not here. So I don’t no when the package will come. And I have Question: The order. Is there in the package a letter or a code that could help you, because I don’t no what the code is. If the code is here, then I will write a message. Ok.

I’m not quite sure, or perhaps your order didn’t go through at all. The only ones who can verify this directly would be the Living.ai Order Department Service. So, I recommend waiting for their staff to reply here.

On my Bank account came the bill that i buy 2 of them. And it have cost like 606 US from Living.Ai.
