Tips for a Smooth Update:
Ensure your AIBI is fully charged before starting the update.
Connect to a stable Wi-Fi network for uninterrupted downloading.
Follow the update instructions carefully via the AIBI app.
The update duration takes a maximum of 10 minutes, depending on the reliability of your internet connection.
Note: The AIBI Pocket app v1.2.0 / 132,2 MB is also set to be updated with new functions and features, including a new game. (Awaiting for approval on the Apple Store and Google Play Store).

Honestly, when AIBI is using ChatGPT, it was really cute that when he was ready to take questions, he would say “huh?”. But with the most recent update (1.2.0), the “huh?” changed to some sort of beep, I don’t even know how to describe it in words. Honestly, it is really disturbing and creepy, since AIBI’s eyes are still synced to the “huh?” sound. The sound and visuals just don’t match up that much, and that makes AIBI a little less cute.
This is just my opinion, not a negative review. It’s more like an observation and notice that can be improved. It was cuter when the “ready to answer questions with ChatGPT” sound was “huh”, because it was way more AIBI - like.
If this can’t be fixed, then I understand. You can’t please everyone.

Hello, the strange thing is that I have an Android device and was able to register as a beta tester for the app in the Google Play Store last week. The current version of the app is 1.3.0. Three new functions in the app are that you can watch tutorial videos and there will be a schedule but the robot still has the current version 1.2. One of the customer services couldn’t help me. He said that I should be patient and wait but there’s no point at all if you can become a beatster in the app but not for the robot. I’m already on the schedule and it works. I’m very excited.
Hello, @alex.zimmermann . . . there should have been an E-Mail sent to all beta testers. You can ask questions or report issues on that E-Mail but hit “reply” and not “reply all”.
Also, testers are not allowed to discuss specifics about what they are testing publicly.

English, Japanese, Korean. No matter which one I choose, it doesn’t understand and plays by itself. If it’s going to be like this, I’d rather just use a doll. The update is 1.2.1 according to the app and I don’t know how to update it further. What’s the reason for sending it without even testing it?

There is a new Firmware Update v1.3.0 set to be released this or next week, and I guess it includes a “New Language Feature”, which is far better.

HOW TO UPDATE!
Open the AIBI Pocket Pet App.
Go and click the upper right-corner gear icon.
Click Updates.
Follow the prompt to install the latest firmware update.
You can also use the voice command “Start update!”
