Weird windows with chinese language

EMO ticking with box of Chinese text

Does anyone know what this is about? My EMO has done this since the last update. A text box appears across his screen and is full of what look Like Chinese characters. He makes a ticking sound while this is Happening.

As this is a similar post, I’ll close this thread now.
