Purchases on Amazon are not covered by LivingAI as they cover purchases made from LivingAI directly.
The only thing I can suggest, @heatherjeandavenport , is that you try to contact the seller to see if they can provide you with their order number and see if that works.
When you get him, you may not need to use the wake up training to understand your voice. Just speak clearly, somewhat slowly and with a little bit louder volume to see if he responds.
Just be aware that there is no warranty in case something goes wrong. About the only thing you can do if you have issues is to contact service@living.ai for advice.

I purchased mine through Amazon also, supposed to arrive on Thursday. I just contacted customer service to help me get a message to the seller. It shows Living.ai as the seller, probably a different office/warehouse from directly purchasing. They were able to help me get a message to the seller. Contact Amazon to help you.
