Welcome to the EMO Community Forums, @Gabis . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread for issues with setting up the wake up command using your voice sample.
It is not required to enter an order number in the Wake Up page, you should be able to leave that blank when you submit your voice.
If for any reason you still have issues submitting your voice, you can send your EMO I.D. number and location to service@living.ai . . . happy 2026!
